Rooms feature the Westin Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath. The Heavenly Bed consists of a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket, comforter (bedspread) and duvet; and five pillows.

The Heavenly Bath consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; white-on-white shower curtain; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; makeup/shaving mirrors; and Westin Spa toiletries.

Rooms may also offer The Heavenly Dog Bed, made up of custom-designed, oversized pet pillows by Eloise Pet Accessories, which mirror the hotels' human beds, including a miniature Heavenly Bed duvet. Dog robes, leashes and collars are included at some Westin hotels.

“Not up to Westin standards”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel (night of October 8/11) before flying out for our honeymoon the next day. The reason we chose this hotel was because I had previously stayed at the downtown Toronto Westin hotel and was just absolutely blown away by the service, the cleanliness and my overall experience there. We were disappointed with our experience at the Bristol Place. The carpet in our room was stained with some kind of oily substance. The room was smaller and the window was very narrow. There were not a lot of lights either in our room, so the room was dark. We parked our car here (park & away deal) and they parked it for us (due to construction). When we picked it up after our trip, there was a new 10 cm dent on the driver's side of the car. We reported this, they took pictures, and it's supposedly in "investigation" they are saying, but so far, we haven't heard anything. I would not stay here again. The service was fine, and hopefully they can fix our dent, but I would give a chance to another hotel first before coming back. We were just disappointed with our overall experience.

“Convenient and comfortable with overpriced food.”

Excellent staff. Convenient to airport with free shuttle. Good car service to downtown. Room was large and comfortable. Room service was overpriced for what out was, especially with built in 18% gratuity and service charge. Overall, an enjoyable stay for business travel.

“Nickel and dime”

Typical of a 4 star, everything is extra. I can get free WIFI at McDonalds yet at a 4 star hotel it's going to cost you. they also charge for parking. This hotel should be a 3 star as it needs some TLC.

“And the food was great!”

I was extremely satisfied with the overall hotel service.

Must see
Go to the top of the CN Tower and eat at the revolving restaurant.
Dining
The food offered there is one of the best food I have had and I been to many "five star" restaurants IN Washington, California, Vancouver BC, Costa Rica and many other places.
Nightlife
Plenty of choices for your entertainment!

The people that I met in Toronto were very friendly, helpful and "low key".

“Good hotel near the airport”

This was a typical Westin hotel with decent amenities. The lobby was undergoing renovations, so it was difficult to access cabs, and ground transport, but once complete, that should be a non issue.

“Mmmm...”

Hotel was clean, restaurant food was awesome (surprisingly - wasn't expecting it). Try the steak sandwich - best I've had!

“Great Staff!!!”

Have visited here several times. Only beefs are 1) Super high glass of wine prices 2) $15 for internet access. Staff is great and can't do enough for you! From the shuttle driver to the maintenence staff.

Area recommendations
Distillery District is a recently renovated arts area. Easy to walk in, special shops and food, and other local areas to explore.

“will be remembered for ever.”

extremely satisfied with ambience,room,room service and the entire staff.they were all very polite,knowlegable and helpfull.me and my wife had breakfast in the room next morning,it was totally beyond expectations.very good quantity and taste but little bit overpriced.no worrys i will still prefer westin next time if or whenever.
