“Not very good.”
Hotel and service were fine, but location was bad. 20-30 min drive from downtown Toronto and immediate neighborhood was not good. Pool very small - but kids still enjoyed it.
“Clean but a major dump”
This hotel was supposed to be a relaxing stop during a 10 day camping trip. We were sorry to have spent the money! The building is old and worn down. Though our room was clean ( I actually felt I needed to check the sheets before I agreed to stay) the walls were marked with holes and multiple spots where they had tried to patch them. (Our friend's room was the same.) They advertised a whirlpool (it was covered with a huge piece of plywood) and a free breakfast (cereal and stale muffins). The in-room wireless didn't work and they charged a dollar if you wanted to use their sole computer jammed in to the cramped entryway.
