“Worst hostel ever...”

This is not a hotel, it is a dreadful hostel. The customer service was appauling. Dirty very small room with no window for two people. The conforters and beds were dirty and there was no service to clean the room and change the sheets. No heating. Share one toilet, and use the same towels each day. Showers had no shampoo or soap.
