Staff were very helpful and professional. A staff brought coloring books and snacks for my kids to our room. Hotel was cleaned and modern. The pool and the hot tub were nice and private !!

Loved our stay here at the Soho Hotel. A lot of things are walking distance from the Soho and the property was very clean. Upon arrival our check in was also very smooth. The room did have a certain smell coming from the couch area but other than that everything else including the amenities were very nice.

This should be a three star hotel at best. I came here and stayed for a conference as it was one of the recommended hotels. It was incredibly noisy, someone’s base was so loud and played up until 2AM. Their wifi was so spotty I could barely work. On top of all of that, if you turn the corner you’ll see homeless camps at the park. Just a few steps away. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk; all they said was oh sorry about that. I will be letting the program know that they should remove this hotel as a recommended hotel.

As for the encampment in the nearby park, I have gathered neighbourhood businesses together and we are lobbying the city to have this removed. Sadly it is one of many, but we are determined to have it cleared as this part of town houses may visitors to our city due to our proximity to the Convention Centre.Kind regards,

It’s our first time at the Soho, the service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and the concierge was very helpful in planning a surprise for him when he arrived, they even added some nice extras to make it more special… we’ll be back!

Great location to everything, parking was a breeze. The bath tub was kinda busted as it would not let me fill tub. Service was impeccable and friendly however, and I didn’t bother to complain about the tub since it was Christmas and I wasn’t in the mood to get all antsy.

Staff was nice and attentive. The showers were not getting hot water (warm at best). The grounds and area outside of the property was not very plausible with a homeless camp nearby and in view. But that’s out of the control of the hotel. Recommend the items in fridge be included/ free. The other mini bar selections seem somewhat fairly priced.

Liked everything about the SoHo. We were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 AM that doesn’t happen often. Received an upgraded room which was really nice. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday at this property as everything I needed was there for my stay cation vibe as they sent in card and macaroon treats too celebrating my birthday to accommodating a place for my birthday dinner in there dining at morretti highly recommend would love to come back for future holidays!
