It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and it was super comfortable and the ambiance was great as well as the view and the fact that it’s downtown and close to everything in walking distance is fantastic. the only things I didn’t like was the gap at the bottom of the door. You could see in if you got down and looked under it, you could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway and in the hall you could hear everything happening in the rooms and the main shower head in the room didn’t work only the hand held shower head worked so those parts were slightly irritating considering it’s such a fancy and expensive hotel. But other than those factors it was a very nice stay and will possibly stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing upon check in and the room is great, very clean. Went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was incredible. Will definitely be back.

Gorgeous property and suite. The onsite restaurant is amazing and delicious! We ordered room service and the waiter came up to our room to take our order. Highly recommend!

Staff were very helpful and professional. A staff brought coloring books and snacks for my kids to our room. Hotel was cleaned and modern. The pool and the hot tub were nice and private !!

Loved our stay here at the Soho Hotel. A lot of things are walking distance from the Soho and the property was very clean. Upon arrival our check in was also very smooth. The room did have a certain smell coming from the couch area but other than that everything else including the amenities were very nice.

This should be a three star hotel at best. I came here and stayed for a conference as it was one of the recommended hotels. It was incredibly noisy, someone’s base was so loud and played up until 2AM. Their wifi was so spotty I could barely work. On top of all of that, if you turn the corner you’ll see homeless camps at the park. Just a few steps away. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk; all they said was oh sorry about that. I will be letting the program know that they should remove this hotel as a recommended hotel.

As for the encampment in the nearby park, I have gathered neighbourhood businesses together and we are lobbying the city to have this removed. It’s our first time at the Soho, the service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and the concierge was very helpful in planning a surprise for him when he arrived, they even added some nice extras to make it more special… we’ll be back!
