“Good Location, Not fancy, comfortable and clean”

We used the hotel as a sleeping and showering area for our work and vacation while in the area and were pleased with the overall facilities. The staff was very helpful. Decent breakfast barwas a little crowded when a high school tour was there. Very quiet at all times. Could use a comfortable chair to sit in. Only had desk/kitchen type chairs. Very clean, but did have problems with toilet drain while there. Overall we would recommed for people not looking for all the frills, just a clean, quiet place at reasonable price. 2 bedrooms, bath and kitchenette were nice to have. They could use a little art on the walls.

“Great Hotel Outside Toronto”

My boyfriend and I booked a room at the Sheridan not really knowing what to expect for such a low rate compared to hotels in Toronto. We were pleasantly suprised with the results. The hotel room was actually a suite with a kitchen and two bedrooms. The campus that the hotel is located on is quiet, but near a 24-hour grocery store and about a five minute drive to the train station if you want to take the train to Toronto. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to pay extra if you want high speed internet in your room, but there is a computer in the lobby and a coffee shop within walking distance that has free wireless.

“GREAT FAMILY CHOICE.”

It was a bit hard to find. Use the 1st entrance after exiting right from the southbound QEW, Sheridan is on the left,, Go around the building and the residence is right there. I was very pleased with my stay. It is an excellent choice for families.

“Spacious and convienient”

Two bedrooms, each with TV, small dining with Full size Fridge, sink and microwave. Hotel room did not appear to be vacummed after last occupant. Breakfast was good, cereal, bagels, toast (great bread) juice and coffee. Free newspaper. Walmart and great Canadian Grocery store up the street, WholeFoods back towards the lake all within a mile or so. Kitchen room with stove is available but no utensils or pots etc. About 30 mins easy drive into Toronto. Downtown Oakville is nice way to spend an afternoon, shops and lakeside. No posted signs to direct you on arrival to reception.

“will use again”

Breakfast is included, but the size of the breakfast room is ridiculous compared to the number of rooms. Also be aware that there is a bouble bed in each room, not two singles. Overall a convenient place to stay during a summer vacation in the Toronto area. Close to mall shopping and to highways. Will use again if staying in the Yoronto area in the summer.

“Good for Vacationers”

That uses the room for sleeping and bath room. Beds are seperated on each rooms. Microwave/Full Refrigerator/dining table included Just 15-20 minutes away from Downtown Toronto. Free Parking. WholeFood Market is just a few miles away.
