“will not go back”

This hotel needs serious renovations ! I have to admit that the bed was clean , but in very old and aged condition. There was no bathtub in our bathroom and the drinks bottles were exploded in fridge ! so we found the fridge in very bad condition ! the coffee maker and the coffee cups were dusted ! with the price I paid for this hotel , I could find a much better hotel in that area !

“Nice hotel.”

Overall, the hotel was nice. It would be better if they had a jacuzzi close to the pool.

Downtown. Vibrant central core. Lots to do.

Nightlife

Toronto has one of the best night-lives. So many clubs that are close by. There is often an energy about the clubbing district.

“Must pay for internet usage!!!”

Very nice hotel, but I have two complains. 1) The clothes iron didn't work. 2) I can't believe I have to pay for internet usage in my room ($8 per 24hrs). Only free internet in the lobby area. I was very disappointed.

“Below My Expectation for a 4 star rated hotel”

I was totally disappointed by the overall condition/maintenance of the hotel. It didn't look like a 4 star hotel to me, rather it was more like a 2 1/2 star lodge. The rug was old, furnitures were old. Beds were small.

“Great option”

This is a great and affordable hotel.We got a nice suite with a large bathroom with separate shower/tub for what most hotels charge for a regular room. The only thing to be aware is during the summer this is a popular location for wedding parties what makes parking a nightmare during weekends. If you do not mind parking a little far from the main reception, closer to the convention center, than this may not be an issue for you. Everything else, really great!

“Great Stay”

Stayed here when I went to see Jersey Boys during teh G8/G20. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to attractions and easy to get to from highway. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

“Would Return”

Attended for a conferance. Wonderful conferance location and great facilities. The room was a nice place to retreat at the end of the day. Wish there had been a hottub though!
