Pros:
* The room was very clean, quiet, and luxurious.
* The staff was attentive and tried to fix the issues we raised, to the extent they could (see below).
* We liked the live music playing in the lobby every night.
Cons:
* We were promised one free tour for two people as an Expedia VIP perk. The tour was clearly mentioned on expedia.com when we were booking, and in our written itineraries. When we inquired with the concierge about the tour, he told us that no, it actually wasn't included. This is bait and switch. All we got as VIP guests was a fruit plate.
* The wi-fi didn't consistently work in our room. The connection was intermittent, and even when we were connected, we couldn't reliably transfer data. We weren't doing anything fancy like streaming, just trying to check email. I expect better from such an expensive hotel in 2023.
* The TV also didn't work. It glitched every few seconds, making viewing not enjoyable.
* Our room keys stopped working midway through our stay, forcing us to scramble and ask the staff for new ones when we were in a hurry.
* Breakfast service at the Bosk restaurant was very slow.
