“terrible”
couldn't open the door with room card. Have to go to reception again to let the guy active room card. He even didn't say sorry. Room has smoking smell. There were a party even at midnight because it's colleage dorm.

I loved it! It was like renting a 2 bedroom apartment for the night. Kids got one room & their own tv & we got the other with our own tv. Full kitchen & bathroom for a very low price & breakfast was included...... I definitly recommend & will go back.
“pay for what you get”
It was like a college dorm turned into a hotel for the summer. To actually get to the hotel you had to go though the college next door. But cheap.
“I will never go back to that place”
This "hotel" is where college students dorm, so it wasn't actually a real hotel. When we walked in, there was a common room, and two separate rooms. I felt like I was dorming all over again. The sheets looked really yellow and it was no place a person should live. The worse part was the AC was broken or something, the room was so hot that it was unbearable. I went down to the reception area to talk to someone about it and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it until another 24 hours and they couldn't switch us to another room because they reached their maximum capacity. We were only staying there for two days, so there was no point in them fixing it. Avoid this place even if it's really cheap!
“Surprise fees, and location not worth "Savings"”
Poor navigation to "front desk", and no sign indicating it's actually a hotel, and for good reason... It's student housing during the school year, but when school is out it's a hotel/residence and this is according to the concierge so I'm not making this up. So, as long as your ok being in a student dorm, paying a surprise fifty dollar deposit and five dollars a night for parking in a lot behind the building it's ok I suppose. Just make sure you add them to the total cost of your stay and it might not look so enticing. It was also a great distance from the city center, so if that's important to you this may nit be the right place. We were stuck in traffic anytime of day in and out of Toronto, and according to the concierge there wasn't anything to do around the hotel.
