Their front desk staff is amazing the only minor issue I had was with the cleaning staff same person twice. She was somewhat snippy and showed some attitude once we ask her if she can come around 11.Once I talked to the front desk staff they rectify the issue and the rest of the stay was very good.

Breakfast was great. Prices were great through expedia. Love the rooms and the fact theres a full fridge and kitchen and i love being able to sign into my netflix account and watch tv. Also has cable and youtube!

The room was amazing. Definitely not what I was expecting. I barely moved from the fireplace in our room. The staff were nice at check-in. Breakfast was good also. I also loved how quiet it was on the property.

Great stay, loved being able to sign into my Netflix account using QR code on the TV screen. Pool and tub nice for families. Breakfast was nice. Only issue I had was the built in dispensers in the shower had no clearly visible labels. I had to figure out by trial and error which was soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The hotel is pretty old , not much design , outmoded bathroom. But the service is great, stuff is kind. But tbh with the price 400 per night . It doesn’t match the quality , my two dogs been charged for 115 . I think with this price I could live in the Markham for better quality and service .

They completing dropped the ball, and left me financially depleted, I had paid for the incidental fee which is the room deposit, its the only way to check in or hold ur reservation, based on the site u reserved it from, so my card declined for some reason they se d me a email to call the hotel, so I do, speaking to a lady she advised me to put more mkney on th3 card so we csn take the deposit for 250.00, so Im able to check in, so I put the money on my visa debit card and called back n make the deposit using my visa debit card, so when I get to the hotel, they tell me I csnt check in, so fine I irate I wasnt told that on the phone she said I was good to check in, now mind you this is a gift from my girfriend whom lives an hour and bit out of the city, so I now have to wait for her in there lobby, so she arrives n now the reason they wouldnt let me in the room is i needed to pay for the room now in full when i choose option to pay when we leave regardless my girflriend arrives n this is something she wanted to pay for, for us so she pays for the room in full wirh HER credit card. Now, after the stay I check my account expecting my deposit to go back in my account ao im able to survive for the week going to work n esting n taking care of everyday things they take my 249.75 which was the room charge off my card and return my 250.00 deposit on my girlfriends credit card the rokm was already paid for why was my visa debit used for payment if we paid for the room there wirh her cre

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could’ve been a little bit better. The maid clearly worked very hard though. The mattresses for sleeping are definitely needed to be upgraded. They were not very comfortable at all sadly will not be back because of that.
