“Great Hotel for Mini Get-Aways”

Enjoyed the comforts of home with visiting grandchildren. Waiting for new home so full kitchen was a treat... made cookies with the kids, etc. Everyone loved the pool area... warm water vs. cold most hotels have. Complimentary breakfast was well rounded...lots of choices everyone. Staff very helpful and friendly.

“Good hotel but car necessary”

Clean, tidy, friendly and efficient but car definitely needed to get around. Based in area of office buildings so nearest shopping/food centre 2-3 miles away. However quiet, safe location and convenient for major routes in Toronto area. Pool not huge but very clean and almost always empty. Recommended for business or leisure travel. (We had 2 children/2 adults in 1 bedroom suite.)

“Great Hotel.”

“Nice Hotel”

This is a nice hotel. The location isn't tremendous as it is not within walking distance of shopping or restaurants. Very nice kitchen and great service.

“A great experience, close enough to downtown Toronto”

We chose this hotel as a launchpad to exploring Toronto. It provided everything we were looking for. It was spacious (two bedrooms! two bathrooms! three televisions! fully equipped kitchen!); clean and bright. The desk service and housekeeping staff were very polite and accomodating. The inn provided a full breakfast (buffet/make your own waffle type - with a great selection of fresh fruit). If you reserve the room through Expedia, the rate is VERY reasonable. It is a great place to use as a base to see a great city (or in our case to see the Red Sox play the Blue Jays). A short drive to restaurants, shopping centers and theaters. We would definitely go back!

“Almost perfect”

Very clean, spacious rooms, very quiet. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The customer service for the breakfast was very poor. No plates and utensils on several occasion, hard to get service, unfriendly workers. Overall, I would rate our stay as a B+.
