Need to change the mattress
Aside from other services, the condition of the bed, especially the mattress, was not good. Moreover, the sofa bed was no longer of a level that could be used as a bed. Everyone had to get massage therapy because their backs hurt after sleeping on it.

Room is a little smaller than I would have suspected smallest room I’ve ever stayed in in a residence, Inn and suites, much smaller, clean though.

Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall experience is good and having a full kitchen helps guest enjoy the same 'homey' feeling duding stay. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel room was comfortable for a family of five and the staff were courteous. Breakfast was okay, but would have appreciated a little more variety especially from the turkey links and sausage. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff were excellent, from the breakfast crew to the front desk, with the only exception of one gentleman who was at the front desk on Monday night (Aug 14, 2023). We asked for towels and later we asked for extra linen & blanket which resulted in attitude from this gentleman. We were in town for a tournament (which lasted two days) and are appreciative of the breakfast crew for bagging our breakfast to go when we had to leave early to drive one of the judges on Saturday.

Well appointed room, comfortable beds, spacious 2 room suite. The area around hotel certainly wasn’t memorable but it was a good location that was a short drive to tons of dining options. Price of stay was expensive.
