“Excellent Hotel in Downtown Toronto”

My fiance and I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott July 12-15. We both loved this brand new hotel and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great location and comfortable accommodations. Our room was a Studio King on the 21st floor (room 2111) and had a nice view of the CN Tower. Our kitchen came with a full size fridge, two burner stove top, microwave, and coffee pot; silverware, dishes and utensils provided. We especially liked the ice maker! Our room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, with lots of cool light fixtures and modern prints. It was nice having a living room area (couch, reclining chair with foot rest and coffee table)and the 32" flat screen LCD TV swiveled to reach the bedroom area. There was also a desk to work at (free wireless internet) and small table for dining. The bed was comfy and the closet, marble topped sink and large bathroom with a powerful shower head made this probably the nicest room we'd ever stayed in! There is also free breakfast but we never were up early enough to try it out. The location is wonderful - walking distance to restaurants, dance clubs and bars, shopping and a 24 hour grocery store is less than a block away! For parking, we chose to self-park in a lot nearby, although the hotel does offer valet parking. We highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there next time we're in Toronto!

“Can't go wrong staying here”

3 guys...1 hotel room, 2 bedrooms, 1 fold-out sofa, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, 3 32 inch LCD TVs, more TV channels than you would expect in a hotel room, complimentary hot breakfast and food in the evening. This place was amazing. Everything was clean, modern, and crisp. The only knock on the place was the size of the elevators (a little small), but really that makes no difference once you see the rooms. Perfect location in Toronto. Parked our rental and didn't use it for the two days we were in town because we were within walking distance of everything. I'd definitely stay here again.

“Residence Inn Toronto”

I would recommend this hotel to the world. Its the best place to stay. From the Hotel staff, Manager and Bar staff GREAT !!! This hotel gets from me the Triple A star. everybody is so nice and helpful, the desk personal is giving you the information you need not what they want to give and they make you feel your home and not in a hotel, talk about a wow factor. This is just a wondeful place. I could call thei hotel home. Its close to everything and shopping, theater and transportation is just steps away, again WOW ! I can't wait to go back.

“Great place to stay!”

We found this hotel to be very nice and well suited to our needs. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. We were able to hold a 3-person business meeting in the living room quite comfortably. Having a full kitchen helped, but even better, free breakfast spoiled us. The rooms were quite comfortable. We were surprised the only bathroom was in the bedroom, but not a big problem. On the higher cost side, but a good value.

“Excellent value and outstanding service!”

An excellent choice for a hotel in the Entertainment district. Room was lovely, warmly decorated and spotless. Buffet breakfast was extensive and somewhat varied each day. Hotel offers a complimentary evening meal several days a week. Staff is very helpful, friendly and pleasant - even the laundry staff you might encounter in the elevator are pleasant and polite! The sofa bed was typically uncomfortable, but the king-size bed was wonderful. I attempted to check in early following an over- nite international flight. Though there were no rooms available so early in the day, I was invited to use the pool and fitness facility to freshen up until my room became available. Much appreciated after a 14 hour flight! Lots of good restaurants in area and good public transportation nearby. Definitely will stay there again!

“What a GREAT place to stay!!”

Sorry this review is so late but I knew I had to post it despite the lateness. We had a bachelorette party at this hotel at the end of August and had a SUPER stay at this hotel! Staff were SUPER friendly and definitely were patient with some of our antics! The room was HUGE and so comfortable! We had tons of space and all of the amenities we needed! We were close to anywhere we wanted to go and just had a spectacular time! If you don't want to pay for valet, there's a little lot around the corner that's a bit cheaper. The valets work really hard though and were super friendly (and trust me, they put up with a LOT!) All in all, we would definitely stay at the Residence Inn again!!!
