“Spot on”
Great location, Very nice professional staff, Made my vacation a vacation!
“Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel”
We were greeted welcomingly by the desk people and we were expertly assigned our room with additional comments to ensure we knew about all conveniences of the hotel. When we got to our room we were astounded at the quality of the furnishings and the style of the room. We were wishing we were staying longer to take advantage of all the room had to offer. The location of the room to the event we were in Toronto to see was another positive of this hotel. We will surely go to this hotel on future trips to Toronto. Best place we have stayed in Toronto !!
“Great hotel”
Once again we had a great stay at this hotel, it is fast becoming our favourite place to stay in Toronto. It is within walking distance to many major locations which is nice. If you don't want to spend money going out to eat, the kitchen in the room is very useful. Had everything you could need!
“Great location.”
Older hotel, good condition, nice size suite. Only room drawback was layout - to access bathroom one neede to go through bedroom. Breakfast buffet included was typical fare - reasonable value. Great location to CN Tower, Roger Stadium, markets, galleries, museums. Felt safe walking through the area during day and early evening.
“Surly employees”
Staff was uniformly and unexpectedly unpleasant.
“Not Impressed”
Our room did not have any view and the sofa bed was horrible.
“Great Value!”
This was a very nice place to stay. They put us on the top floor with a view of the CN Tower, as they saw we had children and thought they would like it. It was a wonderful view and very nice room. The morning breakfast was wonderful. Unfortunately, if you came later, it was hard to find a table, but the food was delicious and appealed to everyone in my family. Definitely would stay here again.
“Comfortable and convenient for business in Toronto”
I found the Residence Inn comfortable and convenient on my last business trip to Toronto, so I booked in again. Again the experience was very satisfactory. The included breakfast and the happy hour in the lounge creates a good vibe. The location is handy to teh St Andrews metro station and also the King Street streetcar line.
“Extremely pleasant”
it was a very pleasant stay. the staff was excellent and very friendly, the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. location was perfect and within walking distance from everywhere.
“A Great Time in Toronto”
Great location, super service, lovely comfortable suite, and a fantastic breakfast!
