“perfect location”
we went to this hotel because of the location,it was great for what we were doing.hockey hall of fame, gretzky restaurant, jays game,cn tower it was all walking distance.our room was very nice but the pull out couch bed was not big enough for my 2 kids so we had to get a cot.they said they would charge us 25.00 but they charged us 18.50.we did ask to change to a bigger room but they said we would have to go through expedia so we didn`t bother.my husband and 12 year old son used the pool every night nothing big but they had fun.we were there for 4 nights and had the breakfast every morning and it was great, hot food cold food something for everyone.Toronto was a great vacation ,people were more than happy to give us directions and friendly advise. over all the hotel was great and the bartender was a huge help on answering our questions, we would stay here again next time in Toronto.
“Great Hotel”
We were a family of four (with two teenage children) staying in a studio king room. Plenty of space although the fold out bed was not as comfortable as other places we have stayed. Everything you need (shampoo, coffee, dishwasher powder etc) is supplied for the room so it is like a home from home. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but can be busy so get there before 9am. Very good location for CN tower and restaurants.
“Comfort Sleep”
during my vaction in canada this summer, i have travelled around and stayed in different hotels but this residence inn by marriott(toronto) was the favourite of my family. kids loved the swimming pool and my wife who has sleeping problems had good comfortable sleeps beside she was happy with our suite kitchen which encouraged her to cook evenn she doesn't do so when we are in vacation normally.
“A Great Time in Toronto”
Great location, super service, lovely comfortable suite, and a fantastic breakfast!
“Great hotel and service”
We came back and it was like cming home. Stayed in a courtyard by marriot and the falls view both four star and this was still the best. Its cheaper but a better standard than the hotels two blocks away in the downtown proper. For a lot less you get more and you just have to walk one more block to the tram or subway
“Highly recommended place to stay.”
Friendly staff, I was offered a room on the top floor - where I wanted, with a great view of the CN Tower. Flat-screen TV, supply of coffee/tea (coffeemaker happened to be broken, though). Free high-speed wireless Internet.
“Would definitely return!”
This was my first trip to Toronto and the Residence Inn Downtown was the perfect location! Everything was within a short walking distance and the subway was nearby for anything a bit further. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip!
“Excellent”
real nice hotel
“Very, very nice hotel”
The rooms were spotless. The people who worked at the reception desk were very helpful in terms of giving you recomendations of places to go. You get a hot breakfast every morning which was available even when you got up a little late. Over all this hotel gets an A+.
“Second Time”
We have just returned from a second stay at this hotel and are just as impressed as the first time. Thumbs up all the way around.
