“A clean hotel”

The hotel is adequate. Very pleasant satff at the reception. The hotel and room were very clean. The apliances in the kitchinette were very old, we were quite surprised as the hotel has been renovated in 2008. TV's were old also and the one in the bedroom was very small. Overall a good experience.

“Suite Sleep”

The hotel was very quiet at night so I got a peaceful sleep. The front desk was slow at checkin, but everything else was adequate or better. Enjoyed the comfort of the suite layout watching TV on the couch in the evening and having a separate bedroom to sleep at night. The location was a plus for me, close to where I was meeting the next day. I would not hesitant to return to this hotel on future travel dates.

“Excellent experience.”

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon check in we discovered a very minor problem with our room and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful and resolved the situation beyond our statisfaction. I will make a point of coming back here next time I am in Oakville. The hotel had also been recently upgraded and was clean and bright. The hotel was also very quiet despite being next to a major highway.

“First Time Visitor”

After a careful search of hotels in the area, involving customer reviews, I settled on this hotel for a business trip to Missassauga. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained, within easy reach of the company I was visiting as well as a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were polite and as this was my first trip to Canada they had no problems answering some of my 'quirky' questions. Since I am not a fussy traveler I did not have the opportunity to test the hotel staff for complaint responsiveness. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the antiquated PCs in their 'business center'. The internet access was so slow I could have gone for a meal by the time it fired up.

“Comfortable Motel”

Though the motel is an older building, it is nicely refurbished. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Service was great.

Our stay was good we were disapointed because we were expecting to queen beds and a suite but what we got was 2 full size beds and no suite but we made the best of it and still would go back again.

“Nothing fancy, but it does the job”

My wife and I chose to stay at the hotel based on price, proximity to friends/relatives we were planning to visit and our need for a suite and kitchenette (we have 2 children under 3 years of age). The room was clean although somewhat dated and the service was more than adequate. Aside from it being an older Hotel, we have no complaints and can say the stay was pleasant.

“Nice Stay, Convinient location”

The only thing to complaint about... there were things left by the previous guest that were not removed, so we call guest services and they took care of that. everything else was good.
