“Roomy for families”

We enjoyed the hotel's suite style so that our daughter could study while we relaxed, without interfering with her. Great lounger couch. Only down side was the adjoining restaurant that was very mediocre. I would return again.

“Above our expectations!”

Although the location isn't near a ton of amenities, this hotel went above and beyond! The room was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, and had all the comforts of home. The staff was friendly and made great recommendations for the city. It's about a 25 minute walk to Harbour Front, which is probably the most beautiful spot in town, complete with great local restaurants, pubs, shops, and bakeries. Pool and gym are small but reasonable. Great value for the price!

“First Time Visitor”

After a careful search of hotels in the area, involving customer reviews, I settled on this hotel for a business trip to Missassauga. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained, within easy reach of the company I was visiting as well as a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were polite and as this was my first trip to Canada they had no problems answering some of my 'quirky' questions. Since I am not a fussy traveler I did not have the opportunity to test the hotel staff for complaint responsiveness. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the antiquated PCs in their 'business center'. The internet access was so slow I could have gone for a meal by the time it fired up.

“Affordable and Convenient for the Oakville / Burlington area”

Very professional, good customer service. Convenient location between Oakville and Bronte village. Clean and spacious room for a reasonable price. Computer and printer access in the lobby. Wireless internet included in the rooms

Area recommendations
Areas recommended in Oakville: Lakeshore East and old downtown area near the lake. Lots of restaurants and parks.

“Comfortable Motel”

Though the motel is an older building, it is nicely refurbished. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Service was great.

Area recommendations
We enjoyed the bike trail that followed the Lake through many of the cities around Toronto.

“Excellent experience.”

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon check in we discovered a very minor problem with our room and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful and resolved the situation beyond our statisfaction. I will make a point of coming back here next time I am in Oakville. The hotel had also been recently upgraded and was clean and bright. The hotel was also very quiet despite being next to a major highway.
