“Great Rooms”
We arrived on a late flight from Mexico @ 2:30 a.m. and were picked up by the shuttle in remarkably fast time. Check in was smooth and effortless. Rooms were great. Will always stay here when we are flying out of Toronto. We were able to leave our car here and didn't worry about it.
“Looking forward to staying here again . . .”
We were pleased to make this our fourth visit to this hotel. Staying at the Quality Suites Airport is good value for money. Each suite is indeed a comfortable, full suite with separate rooms, not just one larger than average room. A substantial breakfast, with a choice of "cooked" or "continental", was included in our rate. It is also very close to the airport for those early norning departures. Our only beef was having to pay for parking overnight.
“Close to Airport”
Suites are comfortable. Conveniently close to Toronto airport. Food at Grafittis' Restaurant in hotel always great!
“Surprisingly good beds!”
large one bedroom suite with separate double bed in living room was a generous size for my family. No extra cost to bring a small dog. Beds and various pillows very comfortable. Very close to the airport.
“Awesome experience”
Overall it's a really nice place. Definitely can not say anything bad about it.
“May consider thishotel for a comfort stay”
The hotel stay was good. Everything that we need was well organised.
“Clean, convenient yet one caveat”
After acquiring a room using a promotional discount I was pleasantly surprised to get a great view on the top floor. Spotless interior, appliances and other conveniences are expected at this hotel and they came through on both counts, two TVs in one room might be excessive for some but felt more like modern apartment. The desk staff were more than nice, supplying me with some toothpaste and engaging in more than menial small talk I felt welcomed not just like another guest being processed. Ice and vending machines are located on all even floors which was handy enough. The internet not being wireless was of no issue for me because it was a touch faster than your average. The only issue was perhaps a recurring noise that sounds similar the disruption of an outside air vent's shutters flapping and squeaking in a steady wind, which means that it was occurring in an almost steady cycle like a rusty windmill with a loose blade, like in those western movies. I only slept well because the bed was extremely comfortable, put a pillow on my head and I was also very tired. If you hear this noise upon entry to your room, perhaps you should phone the front desk.
“Toronto Airport Hotel”
Hotel housekeeping was excellent. Tow negative points:1) out-of-dated equipments of the fitness room; 2) the fridge or what looks like it was not working properly.
“Great hotel”
Everything good except the air conditioner is noisy.
“great stop over hotel”
because of the covered parking this hotel is a good choice in the winter. Cost of parking is steep and there is a cost for the airport shuttle.
