“Clean, convenient yet one caveat”

After acquiring a room using a promotional discount I was pleasantly surprised to get a great view on the top floor. Spotless interior, appliances and other conveniences are expected at this hotel and they came through on both counts, two TVs in one room might be excessive for some but felt more like modern apartment. The desk staff were more than nice, supplying me with some toothpaste and engaging in more than menial small talk I felt welcomed not just like another guest being processed. Ice and vending machines are located on all even floors which was handy enough. The internet not being wireless was of no issue for me because it was a touch faster than your average. The only issue was perhaps a recurring noise that sounds similar the disruption of an outside air vent's shutters flapping and squeaking in a steady wind, which means that it was occurring in an almost steady cycle like a rusty windmill with a loose blade, like in those western movies. I only slept well because the bed was extremely comfortable, put a pillow on my head and I was also very tired. If you hear this noise upon entry to your room, perhaps you should phone the front desk.

“Not impressed”

This hotel is extremely tired! I have stayed here several times over the years and it has never looked so poor and outdated. We were sent to the 12th floor where the carpet was stained, the TV was older than I was, the sink was chipped and list goes on. We requested another room and were sent to the 6th floor. Sadly, not much better. I would not go back there again unless they undertook major renovations.

“Solid B”

Good value for the airport traveler . Suites are a nice touch and reasonably update. Standard airport shuttles, restaurant and bar for this class of hotel.

“Great hotel”

Everything good except the air conditioner is noisy.

“This hotel needs maintenance”

Over the years, this hotel has gradually been slipping, as the rooms have not been update, old TVs, elevator buttons that have been upside down for 5 years, etc. etc.

“Good stay”

Priced just right.Very quet,even I,ve seen jets take off.Carpet is old,not a big deal.It was a good stay in non smoking room.

Area recommendations
Do not really,I was on a way to Niagara Falls.

Food.Beer.A pack of 12 will cost you $25.95 in surrounding area.

“the reception service is so bad”

“Very happy with this hotel”

The location of the hotel was very convenient, easily reachable by shuttle or even city bus, and was close to a number of excellent restaurants. The staff was courteous and professional and the shuttle was prompt and quick. The room itself was attractive, clean, and with a unique and helpful layout. The view from that side of the building was pleasing.

“Not a bad Hotel”

I liked the layout of the suite, however, the bed was very uncomfortable, the restraunt didn't have much to offer and didn't like having to pay for parking. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and very efficient.
