“Very well priced for the type of service recieved”

This inexpensive hotel was very clean and had very courteous staff at hand, what impressed me the most was the shuttle service although i did miss the shuttle twice they arranged for my family and i to get picked up as quickly as possible the driver was already off his shift but he made it a point to come and pick us up i really appreciated that very much having two small children with me at the airport my thanks to the driver and hotel staff. thank-you

“Website should say about calling for shuttle.”

Ev erything was great, only problem we had was when we landed at Toronto airport we didn't know we had to call the hotel to get the free shuttle there to pick us up, we thought it came regularly like the other shuttles. We had waited for a little more than one half hour and so I went back into the terminal and called the hotel and she said it should be there shortly, after about another 20 minutes I called again and she called the shuttle driver to come by (seems that my first call didn't go to the driver after all)....so we had a lengthly wait in the cold/rain before we finally got to the hotel. No problem on our return to Toronto from Punta Cana as we knew to call the hotel immediately upon arrival so the wait wasn't too long.

“Just OK”

We needed a place for two nights in this area, so it was convenient, but we felt a bit cramped in the room. North facing rooms get a lot of noise from hwy 401 and flights landing at the nearby Pearson Airport. The hotel is undergoing renovations. It looks like a major issue for this older structure. Breakfast was reasonable and they had ample seating.

“We seldom travel”

Everything was fine. We did expect to be able to leave our car for the week we were away, at no cost, but apparently in the small print it said free parking for the nights we stayed there. However the daily fee of $5.00 is still very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast is low budget, but O.K. to get one's day started.

“You get what you pay for”

We stayed here because the hotels downtown seemed pricey, but I'm not sure if the money we saved made up for the inconveniences. It took a lot of time driving back and forth; there's not much in the area in the way of amusements (movies, shopping) and food (other than fast/chain food in the area. It is a great location if you need to be near the airport. The restaurant in the hotel had a very limited menu. The breakfast that was included in the room rate consisted of coffee, orange juice, a scoop of scrambled eggs, 1/2 a hash brown patty and one strip of bacon. You could make as much toast as you wanted. The fitness room equipment was very limited. The employees were all friendly.
