“Uncomfortable Stay”
Terrible stay here. Hotel is right next to busy freeway, so I was awake all night. The refrigerator had to be unplugged because it was humming. For some reason I received two wakeup calls at 5am before I took the phone off the hook. Probably the worst experience I've had at a hotel.
“WON'T GO BACK”
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ,VERY SAMLL ROOMS ,VERY OUT DATED NEEDS A FACELIFT !!! SHOWER STALL STILL HAD THE PREVIOUS GUESTS SOAP IN THE SHOWER !!!!
“Nothing special”
Terrible wifi pillows on bed very small soft mattress. Only one elevator working front entrance sliding doors not working.Had to use man door very awkward with luggage. On the plus side nice breakast.
“needs maintenance and paint”
Parking lot entramce being redone and front doors not working. Elevator was out of order, placed back in order and made loud bangs all night.
“Just OK”
We needed a place for two nights in this area, so it was convenient, but we felt a bit cramped in the room. North facing rooms get a lot of noise from hwy 401 and flights landing at the nearby Pearson Airport. The hotel is undergoing renovations. It looks like a major issue for this older structure. Breakfast was reasonable and they had ample seating.
“convenient, inexpensive, shuttle & food walking distance”
This hotel served it purpose for our 1 night stay after visiting Niagra Falls & Niagra on the Lake. The continental buffet was excellent. "Book your leave time" your free shuttle with the front desk. Rooms were small but very clean & appropriate for price. Spacious bathroom. The only negative was the odour in the room on entrance which of wetness/humidity. You did get used to it. I don't know if this would be the same for other rooms.
“Descent for the price”
The elevators are really frightening. They shake and make tons of noise when they move. The room is very comfortable and they give you tons of pillows. They have a full breakfast menu served free and includes free parking. Surrounding areas include a flea market and all the good stuff (TIm Hortons, A&W, etc). I recommend using this hotel for whatever you need.
“Back almost every week.”
Work out of town during the weekdays, have tried various hotels at an affordable price point. I shop around every week, yet almost always come back. The extra 30 minutes driving time and slight increase in cost is well worth it to me. The staff has been friendly since day one. Great to get a pool and hot tub out of the deal. The free parking for guests is a real saving for me, and I don't fear leaving my car there. The biggest drawback, one which plagues all hotels I've stayed at is the performance of the internet.
“Best Budget Hotel in area.”
I spend over half my nights living in hotels around this area. This is the only one I come back to. Never eat the breakfast or at the restaurant, which seems to be people's biggest complaint. Biggest peeve is the size of the rooms which after a few days, gets crowded. Second, the shower head is very low. For someone 6' tall, have to bend over to wash. The cleanliness and upkeep of the place is on par seen in more expensive places. The place is beside the airport, not in direct line with airline traffic. So you may be able to hear planes, but unlike a more expensive place, it doesn't sound like the planes are flying through the building. Free parking for guests. Pool, hot-tub, fitness room are better then some more expensive places tried. Advantages and price outweigh any disadvantages.
“Very nice, comfortable, good breakfast”
Good value, free parking!!
