The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and looked into circumstances quite quick. It can be a little noisy depending on the time of travel. The breakfast went really fast so on some occasions you will have to allow staff time to bring the servings (bring out the food). There is also a wash room where you can do your laundry. All in all, a brilliant place to stay and within walking distance for local transport, a couple of restaurants/take outs close by.

The rooms have a really potent musty smell to them, some have more, others less but always present. I'd ask the property management to consider finding a solution to it. I'm not sure where its coming from, it could be the carpets, but nonetheless it needs to be addressed.

I have stayed here many times with little to no issues which is why i returned, however on this visit upon arriving i found a bed bug on the bed. I was stunned i went to the front desk and the staff gave me another room but at this point i was so uncomfortable that i could hardly sleep. I wasnt offered any compensation just a sorry and a new room which i thought was unacceptable. Sadly i wont be returning.
