“Super Cool Atmosphere!”

It was a great place to stay. Our room was very clean. We did ask for more towels and they brought up a stack of about 10 of them. It was quite funny since it was just me and my boyfriend. Extra towels never hurt anyone, right!? It was super quiet in the hotel room, no additional noise from other rooms. Bathroom are very important to me and it was VERY clean. The water pressure from the shower head was a little weak, but it did the job well enough. Overall style and look of our room was great. Very modern, dark wood finishes. The pillows provided were a little on the flat side. I like a flatter pillow but I found myself having to "scrunch" it at night! Overall VERY VERY pleased and would definitely stay there again!

Very good value, especially if you pay in advance (non-refundable). Great location. Customer service is excellent. We called regarding bath supplies, and they responded right away, same with need for glasses. Turns out that the bath supplies were in the shower; just look around a bit and you will find things that appear at first to be missing, such as toilet paper replacement, shampoo, etc.

“Great convenient place to stay, right in the center of everything.”

Great place to stay for a long weekend, has everything you need. Even a washer and dryer in the room and plenty of space with a separate walk in warddrobe. Bathroom slightly small and dated, but fine. Hotel staff very helpful. Hotel is just off of the main street and very close to main shopping mall and close to Dundas square, where you can catch city tour buses. Fran's restaurant below on corner block is excellent and reasonably priced for all meals. Hotel bar a little pricey for coffee or cocktails but to be expected in city center.

walking distance to everything. Did not have to take our car out. Parking was pricy @ 38.00 per day. Our room was impressive with small kichen. would definately stay again.

great decor and amenities....kitchens and washer/dryer units add to the convienence of these suites...even with the household items, the rooms still had a fun quality decor.

“Location, location, location!”

Great location. Either close walking distance to hot spots or a cheap taxi fare away. Wonderful linen on the beds, and super comfortable. Unfortunately the sink stopper did not get fixed by Maintenance during our stay, and a wake-up call didn't get put through on the morning of our departure. We'd still go back though!

Really nice hotel with all the right amenities! You could not ask for a better location! Off the main drag, but 1 block from the best shopping and public transit (subway and buses). the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable!! Check out the coffee shop which is attached to the hotel and on the corner.
