“WOW... Why stay in downtown Toronto”

This hotel was one of the nicest ones I have stayed in quite a while. The service when I checked in was incredible...I was in my room within 5 minutes.... the service of the housekeeping department was incredible as well. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was so comfortable (I fell asleep right away 3 nights in a row). The bathroom was very spacious as well. The fact that the hotel is connected to a subway station was very beneficial as well, the same with the movie theatre, and restaurants inthe area. I was pleasantly surprised staying in a Novotel... I would do it again if the service is like this in all their hotels.

This hotel is not expensive because it is far from d/t, but subway is accessible from the lobby, which menas that d/t is only a 15-20 min train ride away - which is ideal - no fuss to park the car in d/t Toronto and pay insane prices... also, plenty of stores and amenities close by... and hotel itself is nice and clean and very comfortable... large rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds... much better deal then paying insane prices downtown for old crumbling smelly hotels...

Very modern, clean & convenient to travel around by transit. Good restaurants & shops close by makes this a great choice.

Novotel York is a great hotel! The room is amazing. A huge bed, very clean and a beautiful view. Everything wa perfect, even the room service.

well the staff were extremely pleasant and very nice, my room was on floor 17 and i must say i was very impressed it was very nice i had a plasma tv , HUGE bed the shower was very spacious, it was perfect for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend , the view was great especially at night and the 24 hour gym and pool service is great as well , i was very impressed with the gym equipment, each running machine had its own little tv and everything .. i will definately be going back some time
