“Great Hotel, excellent customer service, great restuarant”

We would definitely stay in this hotel again. We traveled with 2 young children and they were treated extremely well. The hotel is geared more towards business people, but families are definitely welcome. Our children were given complimentary teddy bears upon our arrival. The attached restaurant totally catered to them, saying that they would make them anything they liked. There was no children's menu, but that didn't matter. Our children ordered what every they wanted and it was delicious. Pepperoni pizza, spagetti, grilled cheese was served, yet not on the menu. The executive chef came out the first night to greet us and the children. The beds were comfy and the room spacious and clean. Everything we needed was within walking distance. A very delightful stay. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved it!!! Friendly staff, amazing room ana view!! Room was súper confortable! Only thing i distancia like was that you have to pay for parking! They should change that!! Other then that, the hotel has been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

“Most convenient hotel in Mississauga”

Excellent hotel to stay. We stayed here for a week and very satisfied with the location, the cleaning ladies did an excellent job, the breakfast buffett had a good selection, the restaurant service good, and the front desk personnel are all very helpful. The hotel is very clean and located in a good area of town. I noticed that the ones really helpful were the staff that came from the Philippines. They are the ones most accommodating.

“Great hotel for the price”

We stayed at this hotel for two nites. The location was excellent. We parked our car and walked or took a bus - was close to shopping and the Go Bus took us right down to the Union Centre and we toured Rogers Centre. etc. Food in the hotel was great for the price and service in the restaurant was very good. Would return to this hotel if we were staying in Toronto.

“Great Decor and atmosphere”

I was very surprised at the decor of the hotel room and the overall feeling of the place. The beds were VERY comfortable and the staff was a big help. Quite the hassle-free stay.

“Great Room for the night”

If you are spending a lot of time in your room, they are a little small and crowded. Breakfast buffet was good and foundn out when we got the bill that kids eat free. Went to the pool in the morning with my 12 year old and had a quick swim. It was a nice pool area. I was happy with the room, my wife thought the bathroom could be cleaned better but I thought it was fine.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel is far more economical than the Novotel in downtown Toronto. The Square One mall across the road has everything the Eaton Center has. Great restaurants & movie theaters nearby, and if you're travelling by car still only a hop away from Toronto.

“Great Stay”

The hotel was well equipped, staff were helpful and accommodating. I respect the hotel's environmentally-friendly slant with converting pool area to salt-water system, for example. Exercise facility was excellent to hotel standards with modern equipment. I would stay there again.
