“Would definitey go back”

Overall hotel was very comfortable. Front office staff were great. Wireless internet worked well. Parking garage a little tight to negotiate, especially if you drive a large vehicle but otherwise fine - I would have preferred to have complimentary parking but was warned through a previous guest's report so was not surprised.

Good quality hotel with excellent customer service. Neighborhood is not the greatest/safest, but the hotel is close to a good amount of convenience stores and to a shopping centre.

“Great location”

Closest hotel to Square One, excellent location with nearby shops, restaurants, and amenities. The pool was very well maintained. I've stayed here on at least three separate occasions and would go back again!

“Great Hotel”

Excellent hotel, convenient location, very comfortable room, would definately stay there again, only complaint is glass shower door not sealed properly, leaves big puddle on the floor, otherwise, awesome two night stay.

“A good place to stay”

I have been staying at the Novotel in Mississauga four times in the last 2 years. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is a good place to eat.

“Centrally Located - Mississauga Downtown”

Nice place....very clean and conveniently located next to shops restaurants & offices. Didnt like the fact they chrage a dollar for every call i made to toll free numbers.
