“Rooms need updating and a good cleaning”

My room needed a good vaccuuming and wall scrubbing in the bathroom and coffee pot area. That being said, the linens were nice and the overall appearance okay. The gym downstairs was more that just your average treadmill, stationary bike and eliptical. The resturant was nice but pricey. It was convenient to my conference but otherwise I wouldn't choose it again.

“Not Impressed”

Pillows were like putting your head on a boulder, huge stain on carpet, hair found in bathroom which didn't belong to me. Wi-fi inaccessible from my room had to go to friends room to get connected. Room right next to elevator, too noisy. Access to hotel very confusing and no signage to help you find the entrance. If you like to shop, huge shopping mall Square One situated within walking distance.

“Great hotel for the price”

We stayed at this hotel for two nites. The location was excellent. We parked our car and walked or took a bus - was close to shopping and the Go Bus took us right down to the Union Centre and we toured Rogers Centre. etc. Food in the hotel was great for the price and service in the restaurant was very good. Would return to this hotel if we were staying in Toronto.

Very nice and comfortable room, except the carpet needs to be change. close to restaurant and the mall, good sevice. will be back

“Great Room for the night”

If you are spending a lot of time in your room, they are a little small and crowded. Breakfast buffet was good and foundn out when we got the bill that kids eat free. Went to the pool in the morning with my 12 year old and had a quick swim. It was a nice pool area. I was happy with the room, my wife thought the bathroom could be cleaned better but I thought it was fine.

Area recommendations

Quick commute downtown in non peak hours on the 400 class highways.

“Great location”

Closest hotel to Square One, excellent location with nearby shops, restaurants, and amenities. The pool was very well maintained. I've stayed here on at least three separate occasions and would go back again!
