“Excellent value; comfortable accomodation”

Well-located near the QEW and Trafalgar Road, on the South Service Road. Room we had was spacious: queen bed and a separate sitting area with sofa bed, the two areas divided by a partial wall; microwave, fridge and coffee-maker in room. Breakfast was included: toast, bagels, pastries, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. Didn't see or use the spa. Room was very quiet for being so close to the QEW. Desk personnel were very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

After 4 1/2 hours of flying (and losing 3 hours in the process), I found the jacuzzi tub the ideal place to unwind. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I'm looking at a three-month extended stay in the area and this hotel I'd call home.

“Excellent location, accomodation and service!”

We booked our room last minute through Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel 3 hours later and we were told there were no more standard rooms available so they upgraded us at no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful through out our stay. Accomodations are very comfortable. We will definetely come back next time we're in the GTA.

Good value. Great location. Nice little bar/resteraunt on site which had very good service. Very nice breakfast included.

“Overall pretty good”

Pros: Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Cons: On our second night, both our room keys didn't work. They claimed we must have put our keys next to a cell phone or something (not true at all)! Anyway, that was annoying because we came back late at night and couldn't enter our room. And we had to go back to the front desk. They took care of it, but it was clearly some mistake they made, and it was annoying. The other problem was the noise of the highway. It was not too bad with the windows closed, but still audible.

“Diamond in the rough”

This hotel had not had the lot plowed so you wondered on the upkeep inside when we arrived. The inside was spotless, the bed was comfy and being this close to the highway we never heard a thing. Will not hesitate to return
