“Great place to stay.”

A very nice hotel. Continental breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Overall very good.

“Well-price for its' full-value”

For the price and being a new property, this Inn is well-suited for comfort. The room is equipped with good closet size, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and most of all an in-depth bathtub.

“Excellent But---”

Welcome at front desk on arrival was excellent. Staff member went out of his way to get messages/calls waiting for me. Next day staff member helped us taking a couple of pictures. Room was shiny clean on arrival and at perfect temperature. Unfortunate: Room was not cleaned on the Saturday yet we were out most of the day except for 1 hour. Our Departure was delayed on Sunday as we were charged for watching 3 movies but were in Toronto at the time. Was eventually corrected. Breakfast about a C+

“good bang for buck”

price was very reasonable, food & room service quite good, stayed 2 nights. matress a litte old but room was very clean - no mould etc in corners. restaurant service and was good. would stay there again.

Monte Carlo Inn Markham was a great place to stay. Reasonably priced, clean and tidy hotel. Close to the Zoo and the breakfast provided was also sufficient. The rooms came with a small fridge and microwave. That was really handy as well. There is no reason why we would not re-book there again in the future.

“Can do better”

Sub-average continental breakfast (even for a complimentary one): no oatmeal, no make 'em yourself waffles, no honey for your toast, watery orange juice because the jug is full of melting ice. Unfriendly check-in experience. Try the Holiday Inn Express just north of Hwy 7 off Leslie instead, where you can get a proper breakfast, and where they understand something about customer service.

Great hotel my son and I stayed there it was great . Staff was very pleasant the rooms were clean . Our room had a lockable safe ,coffee maker , hair dryer , microwave , fridge , and others . For my son and I we could have late night snacks , even left over pizza . Made sanwiches for some days and kept fresh fruit in our room . We asked the staff for several things and they were willing to accomedate us . If I wished anything it would of been to have a pool and hottub , but since we were leaving early in the mornings and getting back late it was fine . Four star to me .
