“Some problems, but overall good.”
We got bumped on our first night due to overbooking and we were sent to another hotel (Marriott). Then there were the elevators. There were 5 elevators but only 2-3 worked at any given time. There was a very busy convention in the attached convention center, so as a result, you were sometimes 20-25 people deep waiting on an elevator. In spite of this, we did enjoy our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and the restaurant was wonderful. We were given a complementary dinner due to the overbook, and the food was excellent! We were also given access to the club level with complementary breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee, snacks and free internet access. We would definitely stay there again!
“Only Place to Stay if at Convention Centre event”
best location in TO for convention centre event - very nice hotel at a good rate. Have stayed in past and will return.
“Downtown Convenient”
This hotel is convenient to the financial/theatre district. Nothing very special about it though. Expensive parking, nice breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms but that's standard in most hotels in the area. I've stayed here before and if the price was right i would again.
“Comfortable and Chic”
My husband and I stayed for one night and found the suite to be extremely clean, chic, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well and our view of the CN Tower didn't hurt either. We definitely recommend it!
“Good Hotel Great Location”
If you like a very modern look this is the hotel for you. Great location 1 block to Rogers and Air Canada Centers. Staff very friendly.
“Decent Hotel”
Room was far too dimly lit for such a supposed '"quality" hotel. Very convenient stop for Airport Express transportation-one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Room service for two was horrifically expensive $76.00 for essentially 2 sandwiches with fries, 2 drinks and a dessert, tip & taxes included. Now, I know the recently introduced HST may have something to do with it, but $76.00 is still a bit pricey for what you get, IMHO.
“Nice property”
I arrived early in the morning and was still immediately checked in and upgraded to the Priority Club level...not sure why but I liked it! I did call a few days earlier and request early check-in. I recommend this because the people before me were told their room would not be ready for a few more hours. The location is decent. Very close to the CN tower and only a few blocks to the waterfront. The shopping was further away but I wasn't there to shop so that's okay :)
“everything is good”
good good
“Toronto intercontinental front st”
Overall good rooms, bathrooms looking dates but sufficient. Staff very helpful.
“great location”
the hotel was comfortable, the location outstanding, half block to the rogers centre, and surrounded by restaurants and bars. the room was just okay, but service was good. prices in the restaurant and bar were too high for me, like i would spend 24 dollars for bacon and eggs. give me a break
