“Worth every penny.”

What a beautiful hotel in a most convenient area of Toronto. This was the first time I was able to use the "Self Check In" option at a hotel. Go up to the touch screens, follow the instructions (which bascially means insert the same credit card you used to book the hotel) and you will receive your room # and swipe key right there. Parking was convenient and priced according to every other major city's hotel pricing standards. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the room was perfect. View of the CN Tower as well as the city itself. If it's summer be sure to spend some time at the outdoor pool on the 17th floor, swiiming with a view of the tower cannot be beat. There's a great variety of King Street restaurants and bars, as well as 3 different coffee shops to choose from. For breakfast, be sure to head down Blue Jays Way and hit up Cora's (be forewarned, you will wait in line on the weekends)

“Great hotel, Great Location”

Great hotel at great location. The room was what you would expect from Hyatt. Luxury, clean. The location was great too. Very close pretty much to all nice restaurants and the city centre. The only criticism I would make is regarding their room facilities as they did not provide with more shampoo and soap on the second day of our stay. In addition, there was a fire drill at 3am which we had to vacate the building from the 12th floor from the stairs. There was a mess when we all had to return back to our room and use the elevator. We manage to get to our bed by 4am. No fire luckily but no excuses from the hotel for the whole inconvenience. Fortunately this doesn’t happen very often (I hope).

“Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.”

The atmosphere of the hotel is chic, but relaxed. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Willing to go out of their way to serve us. The location is across the street from several restaurants and bars. The gym was clean with brand new equipment. The views from the treadmill overlook a city vista. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Everything was new and well kept. I will stay here on my next trip to Toronto.

“Great hotel at a great location”

The first night we had a room whose air conditioning was not working and it got very hot i nthe room. They switched us to another room, upgraded! So we got a bigger room for the low Expedia price! They also gave us a complimentary breakfast for this air conditioning issue. so customer service is definitely great! The location is ideal. Downtown close to stores, restaurnats. They have a parking in the basement. We got lucky that we checked in after midnight so we paid for one day instead of 2! That was another bonus. Their breakfast is pretty good but very expensive!! The complimentary breakfast we got was $65 for 2 adults! So unless you have a deal, think of getting breakfast elsewhere! Besides this we have no critic. The king bed was great. We do not watch TV but they have huge LCD screens in each room. Maybe a negative point: there is no fridge in teh room. It would have been nice to have one to keep our drinks cool.

“Great hotel”

The king room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location for the Rogers Centre and theaters and is also on a streetcar route for getting around the city further. The rooftop swimming pool was not yet open when we visited, but it looked like it would be great to sit around on a sunny day. There are plenty of excellent places to eat within walking distance.

“Very Nice”

A super view of the CN tower from our room. No noise at all from the other rooms- a good thing.
