Falling apart at the seams.

Door hardware failed and got locked in the bathroom. Lights not working. Grubby. Worn down. Just the entire building is in a general state of disrepair.

The hotel location is great, but the place is poorly maintained. Elevators were broke, toilets in the dining room did not work, a malfunction of the fire alarm occurred and rooms were noisy.

Location: Central to places we wanted to visit
Staff very good and friendly. Bathroom small, sink left no room for toiletries, Coffee maker difficult to plug in. No refrigerator in room (we like to keep fresh fruit in the room.

Great Hotel

Great hotel, friendly staff, helpful, in walking distance of everything. Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Union Station. Places to eat.

Hotel in Toronto Downtown!

Pros: The location is great!
Cons: Refurnishing the rooms would be ideal!
Location: You can walk to the theater, restaurants and public transportation.
The location is excellent and close to a lot of amenities and public transport. Yet, my room was too crowded for the two full beds placed in it. I found the dark colors made it even smaller. The bed sheets were cleaned but worn out, the room could have a deeper cleaning starting with the curtains and carpet (dirty spots on the sides). I was not very happy with the space and avoided the room as much as I could (I felt enclosed). The staff in the lobby were nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and well presented. The Internet presented a couple of difficulties but with patience I got it fixed. The lobby was nice and busy.

Hotel condition war poor

The room was not cleaned properly. There were plastic cups and gum wrappers from the previous guest. The bathroom fan wasn't working and the sofa was ripped. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and took a very long time to get it to cool. I paid over $500 for this room and feel like I was ripped off.

Pros: Close to King St. Very quiet, and clean.
Location: See Second City
friendly helpful staff; room service on time and correct. Had dinner at 10.00 pm, excellent meal.
