Great Location, Shabby Room

Pros: The location & amenities!
Cons: The room could have been cleaner.
The hotel was great, with beautiful views and good amenities. However, the room was kind of shabby - ie. dirty towels, burnt out light bulbs, visible chipping on the furniture & cabinetry. For the price we paid, it was alright.

Too Late if a check in time

I had my young son and check in wasn't till 4 p.m. Very inconvenient and no where to go and freshen up. My son had autism and this was overwhelming for him. Latest check in I am familiar with is 2 p.m. And still able to check in earlier than this. Horrible bathroom with glass panel wall. When you go to wash room the light shines right on ppl who are sleeping. Plus it's see through!!!!! In a bathroom!!!! Rolls in carpet make it easy to trip. Probably would not stay here again. Much prefer the hilton or Sheridan.

Great Weekend of Baseball

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Perhaps a fridge in the room
Location: Close to Rogers stadium, shopping and restaurants.
Fabulous time in Toronto. Good food, friendly people and great baseball.

Pros: High floors. Hotel rooms actually starts from the 9th floor so my concern of traffic noise wasn't a concern at all.
Cons: Cleaning; found dust around the bathroom sliding door and window.
Location: Walking distance to almost everything, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, pharmacy, etc.
Staffs are excellent; polite and anything we needed they dealt in an attentive and prompt manner..

Pros: Everything
Location: City center with the Rogers Centre, Second City comedy club, a near the lake shore, aquarium and the hockey hall of fame and Air Canada Centre
This is a great hotel within very close proximity to the Rogers Center and many other amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet for being within the city .

Cons: Nothing
Location: Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Los Colibris, and KitKat
Perfect location for a MLB game, the CN Tower and great restaurants. Great staff, Sirita (as you check in) and Azim in the King St. Lounge. You cannot ask for anything else!

There was no fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable but there was a wooden gap for a headboard. For the price of my stay I thought they would give a complimentary something, water or wifi.

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Room improvements need to be made
Location: Great location with lots of attractions close by.
Hotel has a great location... short walk to Rogers Centre. Only thing that was disappointing was the condition of the room... seems like the rooms have been well used and need some improvements. The countertops of the night stand tables and dresser were damaged or chipped. The vent above the showerhead was covered with a thick layer of dust.. needs to be cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you had to pay full price but it was OK for the Expedia rate we got.

Great location!

Highly recommend this hotel. Room decor is very modern. Bathrooms were clean thought the bowl sink was kinda cool. Rooftop pool was in good condition. One negative was no rooftop jacuzzi :(
