There was no fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable but there was a wooden gap for a headboard. For the price of my stay I thought they would give a complimentary something, water or wifi.

Location: Great location with lots of attractions close by.
Hotel has a great location... short walk to Rogers Centre. Only thing that was disappointing was the condition of the room... seems like the rooms have been well used and need some improvements. The countertops of the night stand tables and dresser were damaged or chipped. The vent above the showerhead was covered with a thick layer of dust.. needs to be cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you had to pay full price but it was OK for the Expedia rate we got.

Highly recommend this hotel. Room decor is very modern. Bathrooms were clean thought the bowl sink was kinda cool. Rooftop pool was in good condition. One negative was no rooftop jacuzzi :(

We only stayed one night, it was the night of our engagement, hotel is very clean, staff professional and very nice! Had a wonderful time, would stay again for sure!

Pros: Rooftop pool and bar, thats about it.
Cons: Customer service, elevators.
Rooftop pool and bar were great, everything else was disappointing. We checked in to our first room which had a leaking toilet creating a puddle on the bathroom floor. Staff sent someone to 'fix' it. Toilet ran all night, and there was a puddle again the next morning. They switched me into a different room, which smelt like someone just smoked 5 cigarettes in it (it was a non-smoking room). They put me in the room next door instead, which was fine. After several complaints, they gave me 1 night free of parking, which was the least I was hoping for. There was constantly a line for the hotel elevators as well, minimum 5-10 minute wait each time someone needed an elevator, which because the laughing story for all guests that weekend.

Overall great place! Only "complaints" would be, elevators were ridiculously slow coming at times. Also the breakfast buffet was more a table with food on it, maybe could have had more of a selection for the price. As for comfort and location, perfect!

Pros: It is close to the convention site.
Location: There are no restaurants open for Sunday breakfast which is disappointing.
We always stay at this hotel. We come for a convention every year.
