“Very Nice!”

Have stayed in a few places recently in Toronto and I must say, this was definitely the best value! Our room was very nice with views of the CN tower and downtown. The room was extremely clean and very modern. I can't say anything negative about it!

“Wedding Night”

Very Friendly. It was our wedding night, they upgraded our room, and gave us a late check-out; 4pm. They did this all without us asking. Beautiful lobby, and rooms. Excellent, would recommend this for anyone!!

“Enjoyed my stay very much”

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Holiday Inn on King (where I have stayed several times in the past) has been updated and is now the Hyatt Regency. Lovely rooms, nice European spa feel. My only negative comment would be that there is no soap dish in the shower / bathtub and the tub ledge is very narrow so things keep falling into the tub while you're showering. Otherwise it's a stylish and comfortable place to stay, close to everything in downtown TO and across the street from some terrific restaurants.

“nice getaway”

Nicely renovated, comfortable and convenient! My only complaint is that you have to add $30 for internet. An upscale business hotel without complimentary internet is a bit ridiculous. Otherwise, fantastic!

“Worth every penny.”

What a beautiful hotel in a most convenient area of Toronto. This was the first time I was able to use the "Self Check In" option at a hotel. Go up to the touch screens, follow the instructions (which bascially means insert the same credit card you used to book the hotel) and you will receive your room # and swipe key right there. Parking was convenient and priced according to every other major city's hotel pricing standards. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the room was perfect. View of the CN Tower as well as the city itself. If it's summer be sure to spend some time at the outdoor pool on the 17th floor, swiiming with a view of the tower cannot be beat. There's a great variety of King Street restaurants and bars, as well as 3 different coffee shops to choose from. For breakfast, be sure to head down Blue Jays Way and hit up Cora's (be forewarned, you will wait in line on the weekends)

“Hyatt Toronto”

When I checked in, I was advised that the room I had asked for was not available (king bed, non-smoking). The person checking in beside me was given an upgrade, to which I commented "he gets an upgrade and I don't even get what I asked for". The manager immediately obliged and upgraded me to a suite. The rest of the stay was great. Pleasant, very helpful staff; clean hotel in a great part of the city.

“Great Hotel”

Its impressive lobby area set the tone for a great couple of nights...the room was very clean and modern and it boasted a very impressive flat-screen HDTV in the room...
