“Good enough for the price”

The rooms were smelly. I believe there are ventilation problems in the building. After turning the window-type A/C for few hours, the smell tends to go away. There's no elevators in the building. It seemed really far from downtown (~30 minutes by car). The staff were friendly and helpful. Wireless Internet connection was good. Basic TV service.

“better than i expected”

The price is cheap considering it is a new hotel. The room is clean, comfortable but the bathroom has no bathtub. The service is good and the breakfast is very good.

“Pleasantly Surprised !”

Very well-maintained rooms. Good wi-fi signal. Nice and quiet room, very cozy and comfortable. Could use an ice machine on the fourth floor though, but no biggie... overall very good for the price.

“Canada trip”

The Hotel was nice and in a great location. There is a mc Donalds and 2 big Supermarkets and different other shops in the vicinity. The Hotel self is not quite child friendly. But for the rest is was nice.

“Excellent place to sleep over or crash out”

Everything is from good and above average. The size of the room is a little small, but it is good for sleep over if you don't plan to stay in the room for long time. A couple of notes: 1 - it would be nice to have a hair dryer available in the room 2 - the heater is a wall mount unit which always blow air out from the vent, sometimes hot and sometimes cool based on the setting. We need to get use to it until the second night to have to vent point to the ceiling as the air comes with differnt temperature that woke us up a few times during the first night of stay.

“Good Enough”

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and things are (or seem) newly renovated. The location is far, but the money you save for the room will be more than off set the gas you consume. The room is bit tiny, but since we don't spend much time in the hotel, it is fine. I will go again if going back to Toronto.

“Great Price for Good Hotel”

We are here for a second time. The hotel is quiet, calm, restful, which is what we wanted. The price is fantastic, along with the location. The hotel personnel is helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast is make your own hot waffles, coffee, toast, (wheat and white), juices, cereals, mufflins, and tea, although I swear I smell bacon every morning. They provide the daily paper (very important) and have a lobby TV on with weather reports. Plenty of parking. Very nice large TV with remote. The bus runs in front of hotel. Grocery stores, eating place, zoo, theatres all are close-by. We are quite content with the hotel. The cons: the halls are not air-conditioned, the lobby is small (almost cramped), the maids clean minimally, the ice is available only at desk, so you have to ask for it when they are around. A thumbs up for classic hotels!

“Working class hotel in east end of Toronto”

This hotel was an OK place to stay in the east end of Toronto with a clean room. The internet was a little tricky to hook up. Overall, for the low price it was quite acceptable.
