You get what you pay for. Not too bad but the bathroom was older and needs updating. Wallpaper was peeling, grout in the tiling in shower was dirty.

Not a hotel in the middle of all attractions but a quite one with clean room, good price and good service

We chose this hotel because it was cheap and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation. It is being renovated and our room was excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool. Satisfactory restaurant, preferred the breakfast to the slightly disappointing main meals. Location good for travelling around but traffic into Toronto was heavy. Overall very clean and should be very good quality once fully renovated.

“Good, Clean Hotel in Markham”

On site restaurant is very, very good and open until 2AM. Location is great for business in Markham and access to downtown via the freeway.

“Clean Hotel, Good for Business Travellers”

Our room was recently renovated with a flat screen tv, 2 double beds and reno'd bathroom. The beds were comfortable as was the lounge chair to watch tv in. My only complaint about the room was that the bathroom sink took up all the counter space. The sink was the basin type design which sits on top of the counter instead of in it. There was no room to put my toiletry bag other than below the sink (and after pushing the bath towels aside). The staff at the front counter were friendly enough at check-in but not very informative about where to eat. The swimming pool was clean and the area around it was well maintained. It was a good size for families to enjoy but any more than 2 families in the pool and it felt kind of crowded. But for the price we paid, it was good value in the end.

“Clean by Noisy”

Almost everything was excellent. The room was clean. The bathroom was exceptional and recently renovated. The complaints are with the noisy refrigerator and especially the heating system. Both were just left turned off, otherwise it was too disturbing to sleep. And finally the walls and doors are not soundproof at all. We could practically hear everything from the adjacent room.

Manager drove me to a meeting since the shuttle was out of service. Renovated room looked great. Wall heating unit dries out the air badly
