The entrance to the hotel is very hard to find. I saw multiple cars turn in and do exactly what I did. I was confused as I turned into a Honda place and the driveway to the Holiday Inn wasn’t clearly marked. I thought that I was in the wrong place.

The only issue I have is that I was traveling with my deaf brother and there were no accommodations made for him.

The room was freezing even after turning on the heat. I think the air-conditioning was on so high it came through the walls.

Unfortunately due to Covid they do not clean your room. They do not leave any extra soap, toilet paper or towels. They will eventually bring you things but I had to call twice. Staff are very nice.

i stayed for two nights staff were great, facility was good, quiet floor. however room was never cleaned and as a result no towels shampoo, slept in the same sheets etc/ NOt sure that's a covid thing as it was never explained by the staff. Hotels and motels should also stop advertising services such as breakfasts when they are not being offered due to covid

Unfortunate stay
I had booked the hotel for three nights. Unfortunately after the second night there was a family emergency and I had to leave immediately. I requested a refund for my third night but was not given being told that I had to make my request before 2 PM. I made my request at 2:05 PM. I am saddened that they could not provide me with the five minutes leeway in order to provide me with the refund for the third night.

The place was beautiful and clean (lobby). The carpet in the room in need of a good vacuuming. Not happy that not only did I have to give a deposit on both rooms but I had to pay $22 a day for parking. It should've been free for paying guests. Not thrilled about the unexpected charges.

Hotel staff were friendly. Room felt like it was right on the highway as constant sound of highway traffic. Room smelt a bit musty every time we returned until ac was turned on. Parking was $22 a night (though parking lot was almost empty). Price was good, though with covid no services provided. This is really a 2 star hotel, no more.

The location est great, it’s right across from an awesome shopping mall. The first floor has a bar and restaurant that were closed because of COVID. There’s a salt water pool
