“Very nice hotel”

I have stayed in the hotel for 3 days with my wife and two older children. Very nice hotel, clean, modern and very nice staff. Actually it was a better stay than four start hotels that I stayed in Toronto.

“Fantastic Experience at the holiday inn”

One thing i would like to say about this hotel is that this is one of the best holiday inn's iv ever stayed at. Room beds are comfortable, Restaurant has great service and food and the front desk staff is very proffessional and helpfull.

“Excellent! would definitely recommend....”

The whole experience was great, from the room, the facilities in the room; two tv's (great for the kids), kitchenette (extremely convenient if you have had time to shop), room service and other hotel faciities were also excellent (only tried the ) gym.

“Has not Kept up standards”

I recently stayed at this Hotel on business and was surprised at the condition of the hotel. The heater was very noisey, carpets and bathroom dirty, bed old and food mediocre. It had been recommended to me by others but not sure if they have stayed there recently. I travel 300 days of the year and don't normally complain but in this case, was very disappointed in the lack of housekeeping quality and upkeep of their furnishings. The Front Desk was very accommodating but I would not try this hotel again.
