“excellent”
We stay in hotels quite often, would go back here in a minute, free shuttle to airport outstanding. Service was excellent and people were well dressed and friendly and helpful.
“Great Staff and FRIenDLY to Booy”
I had missed a flight to thailand and needed a hotel. I was hungry and did not know the area AND I had mobility issues. They kindly offered me a ride to and from the local restaurant which was extremely helpful to me. The wi-fi is excellent and the beds were really comfortable. I would go back there if I am ever leaving out of the GTA again.
“Nice stop over spot”
quite unassuming, but extremely nice; hot breakfast was great, staff very good; very clean, updated, everything crisp and new feeling.
“Good value”
This hotel is near the airport with a free shuttle there and back. Clean , quiet, good service with an included buffet breakfast (basic but fine) and nearby restaurants for eating out. Couldn't have better value for an airport hotel.
“Small but comfortable”
I specifically picked this hotel for 2 things--> free shuttle from the airport and a free breakfast (yes, I am budget conscious). After arriving at the airport I called and the shuttle was there within 20 minutes. The driver was pleasant, made conversation and suggestions on how to move around- taxi vs bus. At check-in the receptionist was very pleasant, and efficient and suggested restaurants that delivered which was much appreciated. The next morning, breakfast was enjoyable, with the regular variety and the cinnamon rolls were a nice touch. They allowed me to have a late check out with no additional fees. All in all, this is a very good hotel especially if you're there for a short period of time (I was there for 2 days and one night). The hotel only has 2 floors though if that matters to you. I am a heavy sleeper and was on the second floor so I didn't have any problem. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and really, what more can you ask for..;)
“no problem at all”
Just stayed for only one night there was not so much to say. However, it was cleaned and bed was great. Staff was friendly. Will stay there again if needed.
“Good Experience”
Two adults and two children enjoyed two nights at this hotel. We found it very friendly with an excellent breakfast selection and nearby restaurants. Parking the car there for free for 5 days was the initial draw. The only negative was the length of time to get the shuttle at the airport. That may have been a matter of timing, but we did have to wait for over 20 minutes and then the shuttle driver failed to announce himself, whereas other shuttle drivers did. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.
“Would definitely go back to this hotel”
When we arrived the front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. It took only a couple minutes to get checked in and they asked us if we wanted a wake up call for our flight in the morning and made sure everything was finalized before we went to our room. The room was clean and the place was quiet. Will definitely return again and use this hotel.
“Clean and Convenient”
We chose the Holiday Inn for convenience and price and were pleased to find it lived up to reputation. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. It was very easy to get to and from the airport with their complimentary shuttle. Just stay away from the strange egg-and-cheese omelette things at breakfast. They were pretty gross! But everything else was nice. :)
“Not bad for a airport close by to Toronto Pearson (YYZ)”
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - Toronto Airport, for a early flight out the next morning. Check in was quick and efficient, hotel seems to be getting a bit dated, but no issues at all. Plenty of free parking available, as it looks like the hotel wasn't very full on my Friday night. Complimentary Express Start breakfast was good, would definately come back to this location if flying out of YYZ. Free airport shuttle available too, however I had my own previously arranged ride to the airport so can not comment on the reliability of the shuttle service.
