“Will return if need be.”

We spent one night on December 25th. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. We inquired about the time it would take to our destination that day and she said it was not far at all, later she brought to our room a map she had printed on MAPQUEST showing us exactly how to get there. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

“Hotel review”

Room was clean. The staff was friendly. The hot tub was actually hot!!!! The pool area was clean. The breakfast had a good selection.

“great place and a great price”

We came to Toronto to do some shopping and we stayed at this hotel, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice surprise having stayed at other hotels with free breakfasts that usually just have muffins and toast and begals and cereals this one had eggs and pancakes and sausages and bacon, we all left there full and satisfied , we will definately stay there again

“Not Disappointed”

We chose this hotel because of its high rating on Expedia and we were not disappointed. Front desk customer service, room cleanliness, Internet access, and breakfast was first class. Room rates are very competitive in the greater Toronto area and this hotel delivers high value. Congratulations to the staff of the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Brampton! We are looking forward to a return visit.

“swimming pool water too cold, Hot tub too hot”

Stay dec25th2011 for 3 nights breakfest ok, swimming pool water too cold, we could not use it. Hot tub so hot, very difficult to get in and could not stay more than 2 minutes, strong odor of chlore in the pool room

“Very comfortable for the price staff helpful too”

Hotel staff very helpful, whether it was extra towels we needed or turning on the lights by the pool when we couldn't figure out how to do it ourselves. Breakfast was very good, not just cold cereal, many hot items to choose from also. Very close to several restaurants and a mall. Only bummer was the remote to the TV didn't work, no other one available. Stinks to have to get up and turn the channel!

“Pool sucked”

The hotel was fine but I am tired of booking a hotel and having facilities that do not work. The hot tub was not working and the pool to cold to enjoy. All other aspects of our stay were good. Staff at front desk very good.
