This hotel was really nice, clean, breakfast was great. Would’ve been a perfect stay had we not been across from two rooms that were partying half the night! Front desk did come tell them, but it still took an hour for them to quiet down afterwards. They gave us a late check out so we could nap before our road trip back though, so that was nice!!

Fast check in and check out. The room was clean, modern and equipped with essential items. The staff were friendly. Its quite good for a 3 stars hotel. However, the room was not very sound proofed. You can hear people slamming their door or talking in the hallway.

This hotel only has 2 elevator banks. When we arrived, only one elevator was operating so it took forever to get around. We had a room on a floor close to the lobby so often had to take the stairs. The complimentary breakfast selection was also very small and limited. The only good thing was that parking was complimentary.

The pictures and descriptions show a king size bed. But unfortunately they didn't give me the extra large size. The front desk told me that I booked a standard room. There are king sizes and possibly two queens.

The property was okay didn’t like how parking lot was crowded by reliance commercial vehicles so hotel guests with bigger vehicles had to seek parking at outside parking lot

I made a reservation to stay for my sons basketball tournament. Plans changed and only my husband and son would be going. Since the reservation was in my name, I called 4 days in advance to put my husbands name on the reservation instead of mine. No problem. I was told he would need to bring a different credit card since I'd booked using my card. When he arrived they weren't going to let him check in because he didn't have the card the room was originally booked with. The hotel did not give him the same price that I had booked.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times but this trip as not so good. I had a very quick check in and was sent to a room that had leaking water coming from what appears to be a wall. My socks got soaked as I was walking around the room. Front desk switched me into another room which not nearly as clean. When I approached front desk the conversation wasn't handled professionally. I spoke with GM he offered my a discount on one of my nights and suggested that some of the staff was new. I appreaciate his gesture. This hotel is my go to when I travel in town for business. Hoping the next experience is better.

The location is great and convenient. However the bathtub and sink are both but clogged, water drains very slow, accumulated while showering and wash hands. Plumber came to fix it in a timely fashion. I have never encountered same issue ever

I loved this hotel, it was stylish and clean, everything worked well as it should, it felt luxury and family oriented at the same time. I loved the full sized Dove products (lotions, hand wash, body wash etc) nice smelling and better all around than cheap throw away soaps. Unlike most hotels, there were lots of hooks to hang towels, lots of power outlets, great lighting and swimwear and towels dried quickly, indicating good air circulation. The breakfast offered lots of healthy options. I will definitely stay there again next time.
