The smoke-free Hilton Suites Conference Centre and Spa is anchored by a 10-story glass atrium in the lobby. A walkway from the lushly planted lobby leads to more than 3,721 square meters (40,000 square feet) of conference space.
A 24-hour fitness room is complimentary. Day passes (surcharge) are required for Club Markham's squash courts, aerobics classes, and expansive exercise rooms. Use of the club's saunas, pool, and steam room is complimentary. A Zen garden and sundeck are just outside the glass-walled pool area.
Wireless Internet access is available in public areas for a surcharge.
The Essence of Unionville serves upscale North American fare, and Empire Court offers Chinese cuisine. Absolute Lounge is known for martinis and live jazz.

Hilton Suites Conference Centre and Spa's 500 suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, are located either in the main high-rise building or an attached building. Suites have separate sitting rooms with sofa beds, upholstered chairs, and coffee tables. Marble bathrooms feature Crabtree & Evelyn's La Source toiletries.
Suites also have two TVs, complimentary high-speed Internet access, alarm clocks with MP3 docking stations, and compact refrigerators.
All suites are non-smoking.

Absolute Lounge - Martini and jazz lounge. Live entertainment three nights weekly. More than 101 martini options. Tapas menu. Lunch and dinner. Open from early afternoon to late evening.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the on-site fitness facility, open 24 hours.
For a more extensive workout, the hotel's Club Markham offers an indoor pool, aerobics classes, personal trainers, squash courts, locker rooms, showers, saunas, and steam rooms. Large exercise areas house free weights, treadmills, Universal machines, exercise bikes, and elliptical trainers. Use of the club's pool, spa tub, saunas, and steam rooms is complimentary. Day passes (surcharge) allow use of all facilities.
The Unionville Golf Center, 3 km away, is a public 18-hole par 3 course. The Parkview Golf Club, 12 km away, is open to the public and features 36 holes, with the Rouge River offering increased challenge on some holes.

“Cat Friendly”
I am selling my house so I decided to go to a hotel with my cats since I am getting 6 showings a day and it's stressful to remove the cats all the time. I was looking for a pet friendly hotel and this is it! I'm in a King bed suite and I can close the door to the bedroom area when I leave the room or when the room is being cleaned.

A nice clean quiet hotel room. I assume most of the room sare suites which is really nice when travelling with kids.

“We've promised ourselves we'll stay here again.”
We picked this hotel solely for it's location, never having seen it before, and were delighted with our choice. All the usual amenities are there: very good restaurants (terrific pastry chef!), great spa/health club, generous suites, etc, but what made the biggest difference for us was the staff. Rarely have we stayed where we were treated so well, so much like a member of their big family - it's quite surprising for such a cosmopolitan hotel. Some observances: (1) Very good management here, quick to respond to our personal issues and concerns; (2) Not much shopping or things to do within walking distance, so a car is a necessity; (3) Essence of Unionville restaurant has great food - dinners are highly recommended and the Sunday brunch is outstanding; (4) a word about the bathtubs: they have very high sides, making it difficult for people with limited mobility to climb in/out; (5) Families with children are very welcome here - we encountered many, and at times the kids monopolize the swimmimg pool; (6) We stayed for a week and got to know some staff members very well - they exchanged recipes with us, surprised my wife with a cake on her birthday, and hugged us when we departed - at a Hilton!!!

“Great Hotel, great location”
The people work there are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is located next to Highway 7 which is a good area with a supermarket within walking distance. Drive less than 5 minutes, are malls with a lot of good restaurants which open until late in the evening (some open until 11:00 to 12:00pm).

“great value, great rooms, but lots of kids”
Great value, the design of the rooms are fabulous. We stayed four days over the July 4th weekend. Lots of kids running around, some of them left garbage in the elevators. Great gym. But hotel ran out of towels the last day we stayed there. But other than that, great stay.
“Best beds in the world”
The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
