“Will definitely return.”

Very impressed with the rooms, comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast buffet. Would like to see a working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very much appreciated not having to pay for parking.

“priced right for a short stay”

If you are only staying a short time and are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with comfortable rooms,this place is just fine. There is a limited amount of parking spots and when I returned to the hotel late, it was a struggle to find a spot for my truck on two occasions. Because it is a lower priced hotel, there are more kids than some of the neighboring hotels and this can be a problem at breakfast, which is average at best, but after the second day, I simply stopped going in. All in all it was clean, quiet and comfortable and if I have business in the area, I would stay there again.

“Best Hotel Stay Ever!”

I am not usually quite critical but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The room was large, bedding was clean and most importantly the carpet was spotless. Most hotel carpets leave a lot to be desired. The bathroom was also large and the linen was spotless too. The morning breakfast was of high quality and it was a pleasant surprise to see that after the breakfast hours were finished, you could still get fresh fruit and tea/coffee in the lobby. I would choose this hotel over any 5 star hotel.

“Clean, Convenient Location, but Beds - not impressed”

This is overall a nice hotel, conveniently located minutes from the airport in an easily accessible area (very litle traffic to contend with, at least the weekend we visited). The interior of the hotel looks very clean, well kept, and not terribly outdated like quite a few in that area, but far from being classed as "modernized". The continental breakfast was "ok" I've had far better, but I've had worse too. Our room was nice, with a great view - but we were disappointed to find out there was no mini fridge to store our cold items we brought along with us. There is also no safe, but the most disappointing thing of all was waking up every morning with sore necks and backs. The bed had NO support (we had a King). It appeared very thick and luxurious, but most of that seems to be cushioning and fluff. I believe the bed is very important, especially in a hotel because what are you mainly staying there for? - a place to sleep. For a place that you are paying a good deal to mostly just spend the night in, you would exect to be well rested and feeling far better than had you just slept outside in your car! I believe the quality of sleep you get reflects upon the quality of the hotel...other than that though, I would say it's a decent hotel.

“Great Location”

While this hotel is looking a little worn in some areas, it is an exceptional value for a brief layover. Our room was clean and comfortable.Finding somewhere to eat nearby proved to be a challenge as we arrived late in the evening. The front desk was able to provide us with a menus for a few takeout places. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.

“good price, good location, but busy”

Hotel is good, lots of pluses, newspapers, pool, computer room, helpful staff. Very busy. Breakfast at 6 am, was so busy there was no room to sit.

Area recommendations

Downtown, lots of character places, sightseeing. Toronto is a city with soul.
