“Toronto and the Four Seasons!”
Beautiful surroundings, luxurious hotel. What more can you say? The Yorkville district is over the top. Loved it!
“Toronto Best Hotel”
Best Staff and Hotel in Toronto - and one of the best bars late into the night
“Always reliably good”
Four Seasons staff and facilities have always left me impressed; whether you have an expensive room or not, they are genuinely nice people.
“Excellent hotel, excellent location.”
I travel frequently to Toronto, mostly for pleasure and some for business. I prefer to stay in the Yorkville area due to the great variety of restaurants, shopping and nitelife. I have stayed at that hotel several years ago, and I like it a whole lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in accomodating my request for a smoking room, and to my surprise I was given a room with a balcony ( never thought they had them) with a gorgeous view of Avenue road. Great place.
“Needs work”
Concierge service was excellent, but I was annoyed that I had to go off-site for pilates, yoga, facial and massage. It also would have been helpful if concierge had menus for the restaurants which he/she suggested. Hostess in coffee shop was friendly, but the waiters ignored me when I came to breakfast alone.
“Not a 5 star”
Extremely disappointed with room..was suppossed to be premium room but was smaller than most and had no phone book or iternary for hotel. The french restaurant in the hotel was exceptional. When they turned down the bed at night they took the bedspread and we had to call to get it back. Continental breakfast was a joke with very small styrofoam cups that held about 6 ounces. Will not stay there again. Very disappointed considering the exhorbatant rates.
