“great location and very clean”

This is a wonderful hotel. Great location. And very, very clean. Rooms are small but have everything you need. I stayed twice within a week. Once in a room facing the expressway and once in the lake view room. If you are a light sleeper - then definitely pay the extra to be on the lake side and not the expressway side. I didn't find it that bad but I can block out noise by using the heat system fan. And of course, on the lake side - the view from your balcony is wonderful! Great access to downtown. Great walking/running right across the street. Fitness centre is good as well.

Great hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Bathrooms are a little small for women travelers due to small counters, but everything else about the hotel is great!

Hotel has been totally renovated. Very good service, extremely clean, new furnishings, great bed and good food. A little out of the downtown core, about $10.00 by taxi, but the price of the room compared to quality is great. Nice and quiet and on the waterfront

We have to say this hotel is one of the most impressive we have stayed in within the last year. We would definetly return actually we can't wait for our return. The staff are very helpful and curtious. We loved our stay!!!

“Toronto's Best”

they call themselves, Toronto's Best Kept Secret. And i think they are right. i usually stay right in the center of noisy downtown, but this has definetaly beat the bunch. I stayed here for two weeks, its a smaller hotel around 180 rooms i think with great people, great food, and a great view. i stayed with 4 friends so we got four rooms and all four rooms were beautiful. i think they have recently renovated because the hotel looked brand new and clean. free parking was a surprise (never seen that in the city before) and value for room was good since there were no unexpected charges, something i always get hit for. it was easy to get to the central core, they had taxis waiting outside all day and there was a streetcar right behind the hotel that took five minutes. i love this hotel and would definetaly recommend it. could not have had a better stay. GOOD JOB FOUR POINTS!

The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms were so comfortable and clean! the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also in a very good location, close to all attractions!

“Comfortable Stay”

We chose this hotel mainly due to the price but after booking it, I looked at reviews that claimed this is a HORRIBLY noisy hotel overlooking the freeway. If you can book the lakeshore side, do it. We called the night before arrival to ask if we could change to the quiet side, and even though we booked on expedia, he said it would not be a problem. My boyfriend and I slept great, the room was big and had everything we needed (robe, mini fridge, etc) We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would recommend it to others. Very easy location to find as well!

“We'll definitely go back”

This is an older but well maintained hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The price is excellent for Toronto and there's no fee for parking! If you wish to use it you can catch a tram to go downtown at the back of the hotel which costs only $2.50(a wonderful way to avoid those downtown parking fees). There is also a taxi stand right in the parking lot. From your balcony you look over parkland and the lake on the other side of Lakeshore Blv. Unfortunately there is a construction site beside the hotel at the moment but we didn't find that we were ever disturbed by it.

Due to my mum passed away, I went to Toronto to attend her furneral and see how my dad doing, the location is quite near my parents' place, anyway it's pretty convenience to go to downtown and subway stations. I deeply appreciated expedica and Four Points Sheraton Lakeshore for the way they handled my additional request after I made the reservation, I requested to upgrade to lakeshore view room as I want to bring my dad there at day time to relax, and don't have to stay at home without mum. I didn't expect they will do that as I found out I can make reservation for lakeshore view when I do the booking. I checked in at 12:00 midnight and found the room is lakeshore view, I was so happy with the arrangement and made a good start of this hard family trip, a nice, clean room to stay after each day of running around, everyone in the hotel are helpful, especailly the housekeeping lady who take care of our room. Restaurant is great, no fancy food but good quality and decent nice plate, and in great price, MUST try. Once again, thanks to Expedica and Four Points Sheraton Lakeshore made my hardest trip in life go easier, many thanks!
