“great hotel”
everything was as you would expect. It was clean and the staff was courteous.
“Comfortable, close to airport, with 24 hour business centre”
I really appreciated the convenience of the 24 hour free internet access in the business centre as was in the midst of important work, without my laptop on hand. The good food and comfortable accommodation with very early shuttle to airport completed the stay.
“Looking Forward to A Repeat Visit”
Well appointed Hotel. Has all the comforts required by a guest. The breakfast/brunch in the Restaurant is well prepared and the offering is good. Would prefer free parking for overnight guests.
“Our stay was too short”
Not to be confused with the BIG Sheraton at Terminal 1, this was a reasonable price and handy to terminal 3. Shuttle service was good and the room was excellent. Bar and restaurant service near the main lobby was good, too; too bad the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 a.m.
“Wish I can get this one everytime”
It was a different layout which was very nice and comfortable feels like your appartment,clean and didn't have that funky smell that absorbs into your clothes and skin, like cigarettes, or animals. I wish I was staying a bit longer,and wish I can find this one everytime I am booking in Toronto Thanks Latifan
“Excellent service”
An airport location with shuttle bus to and from hotel, highly recommended to those who do not need down town. Excellent service.

I was much more impressed with this hotel then the more expensive one I stayed at the week before. The room was that compared to 5 star hotel when it came to comfort. I have stayed in many different level of hotels for business and this one has become one of my favorite.
