It was a nice convenient hotel. The breakfast and staff were very nice. I was just disappointed with the cleanliness and bedding. The nice chair in the room needed vacuuming and wiping, and there was dust and crumbs along the seams and something gooey on the seat the size of a toonie. Good thing I brought my own wipes to clean the gooey mess off the chair! The fitted bed sheet was also riding halfway up the mattress.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was great! The hotel itself was dated and our room wasn’t fully clean but over all it was a good stay and the bacon at breakfast was a great surprise!

Stay was very relaxing. Unit was clean and well prepped. Though I wish the curtains were able to close completely to block out the sunlight in the morning and the door closing in the hallway were not as quiet as they normally should. Breakfast was good, had the basics. Staff was very friendly too.

I HAD QUARANTINED HERE WHEN MOVING TO TORONTO, AFTER THE GOVERNMENT HOTEL QUARANTINE, IT HAD WORKED OUT CHEAPER THAN ANYTHING IN TORONTO SINCE I WAS QUARANTINING NEAR PEARSON TO START OFF WITH ALTHOUGH MY QUARANTINE HAD COST ME A FEW GRAND IN £. BREAKFAST WAS NOT BROUGHT TO MY ROOM AS PLANNED. THIS WAS THE BEST PART OF MOVING TO TORONTO, AS I WAS NOT AWARE THAT IT IS THE RICHEST TOWN IN THE COUNTRY, ONLY TIME I EVER MET ANYONE NORMAL AROUND THERE AND I HAD NOT REALISED UNTIL MOVING TO TORONTO OF HOW BAD IT IS. OAKVILLE AND BURLINGTON HAS NICE NORMAL PEOPLE, SANE, NOT MENTAL ADDICTS. THIS IS A NICE PEACEFUL AREA.

The room was never vacuumed, sheets were never changed, the sink, the bath tub and the hot tub were never cleaned for the 4 days that we stayed there. The staff at the front desk was fantastic, the cleaning staff didn’t do their job

Other than the great staff working at the front desk, the service was pretty bad. During our 3-day stay, our sink, bath tub and hot tub were never cleaned, the room was vacuumed only once. The only thing that was consistent was the towel change. Not sure if I will be staying here again

I did not reserve a hotel room but put in my card info to “hold” a room because we were in a desperate situation, their cancellation policy said it was free by Oct 27 but I asked for the room to be held on the 28th with their policy saying we can pay at the time of check in. We ended up not needing them so did not check in and yet my bank account was charged for $420 for a room we never used and the rental was for $379 for 2 nights. Now they are refusing to refund that money. Both this hotel and Expedia are very inconsiderate and unprofessional in this regard. A file with the Better Business Bureau and with all social media platforms will be made

We asked for late checkout the night prior, which they granted, until they called our room twice at 8am telling us they could not longer honour such. Their customer service is really bad, but at least it’s clean there.

Don't expect much.
The personnel was amazing, courteous and very helpful. The cost is extremely inflated for a simple room and mediocre breakfast. For the same price, we stayed in a boutique hotel in Manhattan. I expected more from a Marriott.

It is ok Inn. The bed was not comfortable. The sofa bed is twin so it was not comfortable for my kids. I advice you to choose two queen beds room instead of gueen wirh sofe bed room if you are froup of 4. I talked to management to change the room but they refused to do so. I was disappointed because I was staying there dor 10 days
