My bed was soaked because the sheets were not changed from the people the night before. Truly upsetting to spend so much money to have soaked sheets, and then when I called to get this fixed security just drops of sheets. I had to remake my own bed. With sheets for my first night there. Pool and hot tub had clumps of hair and dirt in th pool.

When i checked out, the girl at the desk didnt give me my deposit back, and said it would return in 3 to 5 business days. I live an hour away and dont drive i had to pay for gas for someone to drive me all the way to come back to recieve it on my debit. Also the complimentary breakfast tasted terrible.

The Food service manager Hassina was very polite professional and very hospitable, she went above and beyond to accommodate our need . the breakfast were great. the night service gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. we arrived 1/13/24 around 8:30 pm.

Vey pleased and would book again!
The room was very comfortable and had many amenities available for use. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! I did a quick workout in the full gym. Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. I slept well and would stay again!

The king size bed and sofabed were both terrible. Very uncomfortable. The king size bed mattress was extremely soft and only back sleeping was possible. A mattress change is long overdue. The springs on the sofabed and its mattress could be felt when laying on it. A change for it, is also long overdue. We set the overnight temp to 18.5 degrees (lowest setting) which forced the air conditioning on. Every time the air conditioner would turn off, a hissing sound could be heard, which would often wake us. A single switch near the exit door controlled all of the lights in the unit, including the bathroom and overhead lights. Lamps needed to be placed in the several locations (including the bathroom) to accommodate dim lighting. Minor complaint is that the Closed Captioning on the television did not work. It's something we like using when our daughter goes to bed. It was not possible in our room. The staff were awesome and very pleasant and helpful. For the amount of money we paid, we expect a far better stay. We likely won't be returning.

The main reasons I chose this hotel: separate bedroom, free parking, free breakfast, indoor pool. These all were delivered as promised. The living room area of the suite was smaller than expected; once the pull-out couch is out you don't have any space there. But I liked having the kitchen, and there is a little dining table and stools tucked away in the closet space. Lots of dining options nearby. It is further away from Canada's Wonderland than I anticipated, but that's on me for not plugging the address into Google maps ahead of time before booking.
