“Worst hotel ever !!! do not go !! NOT SAFE”

Staff was not nice and very arrogant Electricity cables everywhere in the room (not respect the standards) door broken room not clean at all bed broken hairs in the bedsheets hairs in the bath bedroom without window expensive very dirty not safe noisy neighborhood (drunk peole) we changed to another hotel

“DO NOT Stay In This Hotel!”

Two words to describe this hotel... BED BUGS! We pulled back the blankets to get into bed and there they were crawling around the bed sheet. The person at the front desk couldn't have cared less. "Yes, they can be a nuisance" was the only response. We left immediately. Don't chance it. Pay the extra money for a better place to stay.

“NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL”

This stay was a joke from the ckeck in till the check out. Hopefully, we stayed only one night. To sum-up: 1. the manager is absent, students take their turn at the front desk and are not concerned at all by our complaints 2. the shower was dirty with hairs in the bottom, dejection at the edge of the toilet, meaning that the cleaning had not been done 3. there were no towels provided. 4. the neighborhood was very noisy, listening music until late in the night.5. We waited 30 minutes before having a breakfast and they was nothing to eat anymore. 6. we were told to park the car along a wall in a said private area as the parking lot was full. We paid for that and when we went back to our car the day after, we had a ticket!!!! When we told the hotel, they did not trust us because our payment had not been tracked. After 15 min of hard discussions, we obtained $30 to pay the ticket. It is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Never pay for this hotel, you will lost your money. It is a shame that such hotel is authorized to continue its activity and I don't understand why Expedia references it. I am not difficult and don't have fancy requirements but honestly I would have preferred sleeping in my car and save my money.

“Rubbish & definately not clean.”

Not impressed at all. The bed wasn't made, dirty laundry was still in the room from previous guest. Had a TV, that didn't work, a telephone that wasn't pluged in, no soap etc. The walls were dirty, no curtains on the window, a dirty bath. No wireless Internet access in room as claimed. Definitely won't be returning. In fact can't wait to get out of here.

“Disgusting, unsanitary, and unsafe”

The rooms are in bad shape- holes in the walls, no locks on the windows, mosquitoes and spiders everywhere (8 bugs in the shower of the first room they showed me). I am never going back. I thought it could not be as bad as the previous reviews and picked it because of the price, but I wish I had not since the room and hotel were disgusting and I didn't feel safe leaving my laptop in a room in a bad neighborhood without locks on the windows and therefore had to carry it around with me while sight seeing. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you just need a room to protect yourself from the weather and wants to stay close to the downtown, this is your hotel. Do not expect a descent service as the hotel is very dirty, the room is very cold (during winter) as the heater is not working, the bathroom is dirty, breakfast is not really a breakfast (some flight snacks could be better), no dryer is available although it can be borrowed on request according to the Expedia page, etc.

“a little surprised”

-There was not always someone available at the desk to speak to. -Our room had dirty towels and bed linens from the previous guests. -The description of the hotel did not explain that this was a hostel, so that was a surprise to us; we assumed we were going to a hotel. -The description stated that there was free on-site parking, when in reality there was no parking for several blocks. -HOWEVER, everyone (staff and boarders) was very nice and welcoming.
