“Very good!”

We booked this hotel one day ahead on our trip through Canada and dit not know what to expect. All hotels in downtown Toronto, within the smae price range, were full so we chose this one. I was very impressed. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms are comfortable, neat and tidy. Your children will be in the indoor pool all day.

“Great indoor location”

My first time booking Expedia I was nervous, but all was as it was advertised. Good room in tower portion of hotel (had poolside rooms, but thought this might be noisy). Myself and 2 kids in king bed (lots of room but unable to book 3 to a king). Wonderful waterslide (42")and indoor pool/hot tub. Kids annoyed with shower before swim-made me feel better about others. Surprise parking charge of $12 daily, but applies to all (not just Expedia). Couldn't afford to eat at restaurants, but mall just south offered good fare. Daily newspaper a blessing when looking at weather.

“Excellent Toronto Hotel in Scarsbough suburb”

Hotel staff was extremely courteous at check in. Room was very spacious and had large windows to view the surroundings. Taxi were available to take you where you wanted to go. A two minute way took you to the bus line and then 10 minutes to the Toronto underground system to go downtown and all the great things to see in this city. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a chef to make omelets to your desire. The hotel bar has many fine beers as well as good food for a pleasant unwinding after work. The restaurant and bar staffs were very friendly and eager to take care of my order.

“I'll Be Going Back Real Soon!”

The friendliness of the staff was amazing! My husband and I can't wait to visit any of their other hotels real soon. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to get downtown in a matter of minutes and to Niagra Falls in roughly an hour.

“Labor Day in Toronto”

Wonderful hotel and staff extremely helpful even though the hotel was fully booked for a basketball tournament! Highly recommended. 15-20 minutes to downtown Toronto by car, even went to Eaton Center to shop and dinner at "The Keg".
