“Excellent service, clean hotel, good price!!”

The hotel is in Mississauga which is just outside of Toronto so you don't have the city traffic but it is close enough the you can still go to the City. Niagra Falls is only 110km from the hotel.

“Watch out for parking costs”

We checked in on Thursday, did a side trip and returned on Monday. Our car was parked in their lot and was good for ten days total. When we checked in the second time the clerk insisted that we pay to park to stay overnight. ($25). I explained the situation but he did not buy it. Fianlly he said OK I'll give you the parking for free if you feel that wasy about it!!!! Every thing else was great.

“Will Return”

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff made our experience very pleasurable. They gave our children an arrival package and also sent them cookies and milk with a card thanking us for coming. Our children thought this was great. I was initially a bit concerned about the shuttle service (having a previous bad experience at another hotel) but the shuttle service at the Delta was exceptional. When we arrived back in Toronto we waited for 10 minutes for the shuttle after calling the hotel. The driver was very pleasant (even at 3:00 am) and helped us with all of our baggage. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travellers with young children and who require parking and shuttle service. It was a great value for all of the services provided.

“Staff could not have been more helpful.”

I would recommend this hotel. Although a little further from the airport, shuttle service was excellent and all other aspects of our staff were excellent. We stayed there again on our way home.

“Excellent Expedia Rate for GTA Hotel”

The hotel service couldn't have been better. We were greeted so nicely, as soon as we walked in. Other than the out-dated carpet (which takes so much away from the actual room), I loved it.

“I will return”

I stayed at this hotel June 2008 and loved it. Everything was in the right place, room layout is beautiful. Only 2 things could make it better, although they have high speed Internet in the rooms via supplied modem and cord, it would be nice to have WiFi throughout the hotel also. I also found that there could be another wall outlet for power next to the desk, I had to unplug lamps to plug in my laptop and cell phone.

“Good hotel”

The Delta Toronto Airport West hotel is convenient to the airport, close to the 401 freeway, and is next to a variety of restaurants. But the hotel restaurant is worth trying, especially for their breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
