“Fabulous hotel.”

I traveled alone with two children. The hotel was attentive, clean, and very child friendly. The water slide, arcade and game room were well staffed and clean.They were open at convenient hours. Our departing flight was so delayed, I had to come back to the hotel and spend another night which I had not expected. The hotel was great about it, and we were so sad about the delay, the hotel gave us a complimentary dinner. If I go back to toronto, that's where I want to stay. PS It is well situated for the CN tower, Eaton Mall andother attractions.

This is a very good hotel in the heart of Toronto. It is clean, modern, and the staff are friendly for such a big hotel. You are within walking distance of many things. It is a very good hotel which I would recommend.

“in the heart of it all”

tastefully decorated room with a balcony in the heart of toronto. it was nice to also have the option to go in the family pool, with waterslide, or the adult only pool on the 27th floor (what a view!)

“Great weekend”

Great spot, right in the middle of the action. Great restaurants around. Was great to leave the car in the garage and walk around or use the subway.

“Extremely impressed!”

The reviews and images online did not do this hotel justice. The service was impeccable. We came in around 3 PM and they did not have a standard room available at the time due to the holiday weekend. They immediately upgraded us to a deluxe standard room. Everyone was friendly and whenever you appeared to need assistance someone was always there to help. The beds were heaven and you couldn't have asked for a better location. We will definitely go back to this hotel!

“Great place”

Great palce to stay in Toronto. Friendly and helpful staff. clean and comfortable rooms. 2 separate pools, one for adults only and the other for family. It has a water slide. kids have a blast. Would recommend highly.

“Wonderful place to stay”

This was a lovely place to stay in Toronto. Walking distance to most things and close to the subway for the further trips. Everyone was very sweet and the check in fellow gave us good suggestions for places to eat. The concierge was always working with tourists, but realized I wanted something quick and so helped me immediately. The only problem we had was that the floor of our room looked as if it hadn't been vaccumed, but everything else was wonderful.

Everything was perfect. The staff was informative which is very important since we were visiting from out of country. We look forward to our next visit.

“Excellent choice”

This hotel was busy , but very well run. Very knowledgable and courteous staff, separate pools for adults and families, "state-of the-art" fitness rooms, plenty of elevators, good downtown location. We stayed for 5 nights and the desk gave us a large corner room, with a sitting area at no extra charge. Also, the restaurants are very nice and there is bus service to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel(and we have stayed at several in this city).
