“Value for money”

It was, as my title states, good value for money. Since I was only sleeping there I wasn't looking for high level facilities or extra luxuries. I wanted a low cost (and this was as low as it gets for a decent place in a big city, and a location convenient to where I was going. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and the heater and Tv worked fine. The staff were courteous and helpful. All in all a good deal.

“Good Hotel near downtown”

The best thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. The person on duty during our checkin was the best he was so helpful. The hotel was nice and clean, and the breakfast was also good. The hotel has no laundry facility and was the only drawback. The parking is ample and there are restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel was a little cumbersome being away from the subway system however it had great service, was well taken care of, and personable.

“I would stay here again if needed”

I needed a room for two adults and a 5 year old child to stay in close to the Rogers Centre but not big bucks. This place was clean, polite staff and even the cleaning/housekeeping was helpful providing extra towels for us. Thank you for making this stay so eventful and pleasant.

“Nice quiet hotel”

Stayed one night,checked in at 10pm the woman at the front desk was pleasant. Room was very clean,the room had a queen size bed And the price was very reasonable,booked through expedia. We have stayed in more expensive hotels and had to use a ice bucket and get ice down the hall but this room had a small fridge in it very nice. The room was very quiet didn't hear any noise in the hall or from other rooms or guests. And Dixie road is only a couple minutes away so if you need anything it's all there. Recommended place to eat on Dixie road is Popeye's Chicken and Seafood. And just about 10 minutes away is Mavis road you can goto Krispy Kreme donuts I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again. “Absolutely Outstanding Comfort, Hospitality, and Value”

This hotel and its staff has literally made our trip. We stayed in the suite while our friends stayed in a regular 2 double beds room, and not only were they both surprisingly spacious, especially the suite, but they were near spotless, well maintained, and has proper elegant furniture. It felt like we were in a high class hotel regardless of the room type. Furthermore, refrigerators and coffee machines in each room, along with a microwave in the suite, were very useful. The beds were also very comfortable. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and convenient. Finally, the morning continental breakfast was fresh and more than I expected. I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough. I only gave it a 5/5 in every category because there were no options for a 6/5.

We say here just about every time we're in the area. It's not five star, but the price is right, the staff is very good and we have never had any kind of a problem. They always look after my special needs.
