très bien situé (quartier des plages), accès facile au centre de Toronto par le tramway, parking sécurisé, chambres confortables.

Hôtel très correct, calme,propre, bien situé. Correspond tout à fait à ce que nous espérions trouver. Possède un parking gratuit en pleine ville, ce qui est très appréciable. Bonne surprise :le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix de base payé. Juste un petit bémol: ce petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié.

Good spot for a few hours of sleep. Close to downtown and free parking. Front desk was great.

“Miss the Morning Traffic”

I frequently stay at this hotel when I have my medical check-ups in downtown Toronto. It is convenient for morning appointments when you need to avoid the morning commuters. Hotel staff is always extremely polite and helpful and the basic morning breakfast provided is great for getting us on our way for the day in the City.

Booked this hotel for the value. It's cheap and close to the beaches. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nothing special but fine. Can walk to the beaches easily. I felt it was a good value.

Since I wanted to stay at the Beachs neighborhood, the hotel´s location was perfect. Don´t look for luxury at this hotel. The parking is very convenient and the breakfast is fair. They offer a pretty good complimentary wireless internet connection, which is great. If you want to stay at the neighborhood and are driving, this is a great option. If you will spend your day in downtown, it will be better for you to look for hotels there. Parking in Toronto is very expensive, so take this in consideration when picking up your hotel.

“A place to sleep after a late night”

Out dated in the halls and rooms. Reasonable rate for a place to stay. The neighbourhood is not the "Beaches" it's sketchy. Not recommended for a place to be impressed. It is what it is.

The only thing that irked me was that local calls were not free and fax services should be improved.

A good hotel and a fair deal. This place is nothing fancy, but the room size is ample and the price is reasonable. I also feel it is kept quite clean. I happen to like the neighborhood as it's a mix of a residential/shopping street. It has a bunch of good resturant choices plus many shops. Again, we're not talking the the Ritz Carlton here. If you are looking for a good and inexpensive place to stay while visiting Toronto you'll be pleased.
