“WELL TRAVELLER LADY”
Overall the hotel is very clean and new conditions for it class; but I'm dissappointed how bad their customer service was, exspecially coming from the manager himself. I was waiting for my husband to come back from his meeting by 12:00, and we ask to check out hour or two late; because of the farest distance of the hotel from downtown. Yet I can't believe the front desk keep calling me by 11:00 to check out of the room asap when they are not even full house. So overall we are not please with the flexibility of the customer service for this hotel.
“Airport shuttle service is unreliable”
I was extremely disappointed with their airport shuttle service, which was the primary reason why i stayed at this hotel ( in addition to its free parking). I followed their staff's direction to call and book a airport pick-up once I landed. The staff said the shuttle will be at the pick up location in 25mins but didn't show up until 45mins later. Since I was upset on how long it took for the airport shuttle to arrive, I timed it on how long it would take for a return trip back to the hotel. A total of 6.5 mins with no signs of rushing. Not only was i disappointed with its pick up, I was disgusted by the drop off service. Not only did I catch the morning staff lie to me, he was clueless about the hotels' airport shuttle service. I required a morning airport drop-off which fell within their hours of service, but the front counter staff claimed their wasn't any. But when advised him of what i knew, he then claimed it had already left! This was horse crap, because I arrived 5mins before the shuttle was suppose to leave and no shuttle was there. In the end, I took a cab with cost me 20$, totally defeating the purpose of my stay there. Final Review Airport shuttle = Total Failure Customer Service = Below Par / needs alot of work. Rooms = Nice/ Clean and modern Comfort = Nice/ slept well Breafast = Standard / but enjoyable/ Fresh juice, bagels and yogurt. Will stay again only for room comfort. “Poor airport shuttle”
It was a long wait (30 min plus) for the airport shuttle and difficult to find the pick up location. You are picked up by an unmarked van, that only stops at one of the two airport shuttle pick-up locations. The hotel also does not have a resturant and there are no others within walking distance. The hotel it's self is clean, nice and has a friendly staff.

“Disappointing Stay”
Clean & new with good size rooms. No phone by bed. We had a ground floor room that faced on the parking lot with no drapes that closed to block out light or prevent people parking their cars looking in. No literature to show where things in the hotel were located.Ice machine broken. Shuttle driver did not get out or offer to help anyone with baggage. Desk clerk spent first five minutes we were there on a personal phone call with us waiting for service. E-mail to hotel in advance of our stay with a question regarding shuttle received no response.It was close to the airport. I would not stay here again.

The free airport shuttle driver is the owner/manager of the hotel who is so arrogant and has no manners. It was horrible experience dealing with that guy. I will not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Hotel and area were not acceptable would never return.

Had to pay for parking, (never had to before at a "park and fly" hotel; shuttle only operational for certain hours which were not disclosed to us prior to arrival therefore cab to and from the airport an additional $27 each way. With all the other choices of "park and fly" hotels, this will never again be on our list.
